We couldn't have been more happy with Hotel Belvedere, the staff, the view and the location. This was our first trip to Croatia. We had rented a car and were able to travel to see some amazing sights. Our next visit will be to Hotel Belvedere so that we can take better advantage of the beautiful view and helpful staff. The view from our room was amazing, we really didn't want to leave. Going down to breakfast or having a drink in the evening was another chance to enjoy their outstanding view. We highly recommend Hotel Belvedere and look forward to coming back. Thank you.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this lovely hotel in Sukošan, Croatia. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the most kind and wonderful host – a truly lovely family that made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is spotless, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The view from the hotel is simply stunning – waking up to the sight of the Adriatic Sea every morning was unforgettable. The food was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and full of local flavour. Thank you, Chef 👨‍🍳 If you're looking for a place with a combination of natural beauty, comfort, and genuine hospitality, this is it. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely be returning! The exceptionally high rating this place has is fully deserved. Two major strenghts: 1) lovely, extremely clean and cozy hotel and garden, and 2) unbelievably friendly and helpfull staff... this can't be overstated. I barely mentioned gluten sensitivity and they went out of their way to get it :) ...and another big plus was that there was always plant-based milk option at the breakfast. Also, nice looking seafront, with perfect access to the water via a pier. I almost never review hotels, but it would be a shame not to do it here. Great experience :)

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Belvedere. The staff are wonderful and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. Breakfasts were plentiful with the option of freshly cooked eggs/omelette/scrambled. Meals in the evening were really tasty and both the food and bar prices were very fair. The staff are outstanding, so friendly and eager to make our stay memorable. Between them they made every guest feel valued and welcome and their humour reflected a happy Team we thought.

Everyone was super friendly! We had done a bit of research ourselves for things to see in the area, but we are very glad we asked the staff as well. We got a lot of other great tips and they had local knowledge about opening hours and the best places to go in the spring. The food was great as well! We had dinner every night we stayed there. Good value for money and they remembered what we ordered the day before. We will definitely come back some day. All the best from the Danish couple who played yatzy.

The staff was very friendly and helping, breakfast included fruits and pancakes, the restaurant and terrace is astonishing. The building is nicely renovated, and perfectly maintained clean and air conditioned. Sukosan is nice little place with a freshly renovated port for a good evening walk and dinner - these can be reached with 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. Zadar is 10-20 mins drive depends on the traffic.

The beach is mainly rocky, with a small part for for children, it is good for swimming.

At first the location is very much outside of Zadar and you need to have a car to go see Zadar. This was a bit of disappointment at first... However, by being right on the beach and outside of the city, it was great for private beach days with the great beach and dock right out front - this was such an added bonus and we really valued being able to have a few days of downtime just relaxing, swimming, and recharging. The hotel has a very small family feel which is great and the restaurant and the outdoor yard was amazing!!

The Booking.com states that it is an exceptional breakfast and I'd call that bit of a stretch... The breakfast was good but not exceptional.

Fantastic localization ca. 7 km from Zadar Airport and city of Zadar. Comfy room with balcony and view on the sea. Fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. Calmly area with stone beach. Amazing breakfast. Wonderful and helpful owners who care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you for the conversations and the delicious scrambled eggs for breakfast. I felt at home! This was my first stay in Croatia and thanks to you it will be unforgettable. <3 :-)

Staff are fantastic, super friendly and accommodating. Room is very comfy with comfy bed and pillows , aircon good and nice balcony. Location is great and you can use the hotel sunloungers and umbrellas … accommodation is beachfront … only a few steps to the beach with nice clear water and a paved area for sunloungers. This section of beach is not crowded. Restaurant food is great and well priced . Would recommend this accommodation. We loved our stay here
