We liked that all of our rooms were next to each other. Rooms were nice and clean. Good size spa, didn’t feel like there was too many people.

Breakfast selection could be better. No iron in the room and some extra towels to take to the spa would be nice!

We had an awesome weekend at this spa hotel with my family. There were activities for everyone, and the spa was definitely the highlight. The spa area was pretty basic but had everything—like a big pool for swimming, a bunch of saunas, a kids’ pool, and even a Japanese hot bath. We really liked it! The gym was also really well-equipped. Our family room was nicely decorated and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. Sure, some of the furniture could use an update, but that was no biggie. Breakfast was just what you’d expect from a regular hotel—plenty of options to fill you up. We also checked out the dinner buffet, which was simple but totally satisfying, so no one went home hungry. This hotel is massive! You'll rack up 10000 steps just walking to the spa, gym, and breakfast. :) The location was fantastic, with a park, the sea, and the city center all within walking distance. If walking isn’t your thing, you can grab a scooter instead. Pärnu has a ton of spa hotels, and this was definitely one of the better ones—we tried quite a few! During our stay, there were lots of Scandinavian seniors around, and they were super friendly with our kid, which meant we could enjoy our meals in peace.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, pool area quite small but with interesting saunas (which were very nice on one of the many rainy and windy days).

One of the two hotel rooms wasn’t cleaned when we got there, but we got another one right away, which unfortunately was quite far away. Breakfast poor regarding dietary restrictions, especially vegan options (only vegan milk - no yoghurt or cheese), the gluten free section included some slices of dry bread, digestive cookies and chocolate and corn cereal. The worst thing was the tiny parking lot, which you paid for, but rarely got a spot on, forcing you to pay extra money for parking on the street.

A big respect to the owners in bringing the Soviet building into a nice SPA hotel. I stayed with my family for a long weekend and we all liked the place. The family room (two double rooms with the internal door between) was really great - modern, clean and soundproof. It was so nice that the kids were sleeping in a separate room, but still in the same access area with us. SPA area with swimming pool and saunas is big enough to entertain both adults and kids for 3 hours. Pärnu centre is in a walking distance, so the location is also good.

In the morning pool smells very nice. Breakfast is very good.

In the evening pool starts to have a chlorine smell. Pool smell is not due to chlorine, but to chloramines, chemical compounds that can form in pool water. Chloramines result from the combination of chlorine disinfectants and the perspiration, cosmetics, and urine that enter pools on the bodies of swimmers. The control of people should be maintained - to wash before the swimming pool. More toilets.

Great location, next to the park and close to the sea. Peace and quiet. Outside the hotel there is a park fitness with great equipment. In the park there are playground fro kids and a nice beach is not too far away (a walk through the park). We only stayed for a night but could easily spoil ourselves for few days. The restuartant in the hotel (Kuu) is a great place to have a delicious dinner for an acceptable price. Very nice personnel in the hotel and the restaurant itself.

The room had a balcony, a stocked fridge, an office table/chair, some soft chairs and a hairdryer. The bed, although seemed uncomfortable at first, turned out to be very good. The bathroom stylish and quite functional. The steam sauna was excellent. The large jaccusi, pool and other saunas were good too.

The room vas very far away from the spa and wellness centre. Both of the robes in the room were of the size L, while one could be bigger when the room is meant for a couple. The room was not cleaned after the first night of two. The TV was tiny :D

Hotel Spa Tervis surpassed all my expectations. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccably clean and spacious room, every detail was exceptional. What truly stood out was the outstanding service from every staff member. Hotel Spa Tervis is a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable and pampering stay.

I miss in SPA cold water. When come out from hot sauna it should be possible to have cold water on body

The breakfast was nice, coffee was good. There were also notes about gluten and lactose and special gluter-free cereal and bread. The staff was helpful and polite. Room was nice and clean. The hotel has a lot of possibilities for activities, sports, doctor visits, lots of different spa treatments. It was relaxing and quiet.

SPA area could be better, the japan bath and steam bath was too hot. You need to take your own water with you. The SPA bar was closed when we visited.
