The desk staff was friendly, efficient and willing to help, as needed. The property was clean and modern with well-lighted rooms and spacious, comfortable beds. Only a few shortcomings - no place to lay suitcases except the desk, no microwave, handicap bathroom with fold-down seat that would not stay against wall and over-long shower curtain that was a trip hazard while showering, sheet-rock taping peeling off walls on both sides of tub and no ice machine near the rooms, requiring a trip to the bar. The location downtown was walking distance to almost anything a traveler might need. The Railroad restaurant in the hotel had fresh, hot food with excellent service. Sadly no sourdough hotcakes, though.
Addressed above.

Breakfast was very good. Had Yukon Sourdough Waffles for the first time, great. Also enjoyed the Eggs Benedict
Lunch and Dinner menu could be a better with regards to the selection. Especially with regards to the Canadian Comfort Mains selection.

I like that the room had a kitchenette, A/C unit, and included a robe.
I didnt like that even though I stayed for 10 days, no one brought any extra trash bags or fresh towels. At home I change my sheets weekly and never reuse towels for hygene purposes so this felt pretty gross. Also, the curtains do not fully block the light out which is not good during the summer when the sun stays out until 11pm and comes up at 4am. Also, there is nothing outside of the room besides the restaurant.

Perfect location for Whitehorse, right in the middle of town.
Evidently they were stuck with an unwanted shipment of key code locks destined for some other building project. Such is life in Whitehorse. There were key codes to enter, key code to get in the elevator, and a key code to enter the room. As they indicated upon checkin, take a photo of the key code card they give you so you will always have the codes available for reference on your phone.

The Raven is situated adjacent to the Yukon River walk and close to Shipyards Park that had a beautiful display of Christmas lights, which made for a very enjoyable evening stroll. The Hotel has a very nice little restaurant where we enjoyed the service and the breakfast. It is also situated close to several down town stores and restaurants.
We would have appreciated having a microwave. The room was a bit small, but for just 2 people it was adequate. Our room faced an apartment building, so there was no view.

We asked that our room be cleaned. Unfortunately, we returned at the end of the day to find it was not cleaned. It was rather late and we were too tired to ask that the room be cleaned. It was somewhat unpleasant to have the used towels still all over the bathroom and the bin with some smelly waste in it. Except for that, everything was great.

The front desk staff were excellent and helpful. The housekeeping staff were prompt and made up the room early The Nespresso machine was a good bonus Good restaurant onsite.
Ultra small wash basin not inside the bathroom and no space for toiletries Refrigerator so low that one has to bend vey low to see inside properly Bath tub side too high, inconvenient for seniors.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were modern, clean and quiet.
The property seemed to lack adequate parking and no exercise facilities.

Good location in accessing the riverfront and nearby attractions (even in winter). The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean and bright. Front desk staff were polite and friendly. The restaurant was always busy but we did not manage to make our way down. Would have liked to have tried the breakfast.
The window coverings were private, but did let in a bit of light, which is only problematic if you are a light sleeper. Regardless, we would still recommend staying here.
