Breakfast? Spacious unit with gym, spa amenities, in-town location. Friendly staff.

I attended the sales pitch for timeshare; I had not anticipated this (nor the back country jeep ride). But I thought my partner might enjoy the jeep ride, I participated in order to get a discount on the jeep excursion. I told the salesperson and the presenter that I am not able or interested to purchase a timeshare. They were fine with that; however, my partner and I did not enjoy the jeep ride....two hours of jostling with limited views. In retrospect, the presentation as well as the jeep ride were wastes of our time.

The service was great. Check in was easy and quick. Employees were all friendly. We booked here with several adults and children as part our ten day roadtrip. The rooms were spacious and accommodated all of us wonderfully. We stayed in the villas and had a porch that opened to the courtyard, giving us easy access to the pool, laundry, and gym. Gym was nice. Laundry was convenient as well. It’s $2 to wash/dry so bring quarters bc surrounding businesses aren’t super willing to provide you with change. Pool was heated and hot tub was definitely nice after a long day of hiking. Kitchen had all the necessities for making dinner and storing food. Cons: blinds on kitchen window were broken.

Spacious accommodation. Very clean. Fully stocked - from iron to vacuum to any glass/dish needed. Really appreciated the central location, with shops and restaurants literally a block or two away.

Couldn't figure out the gas fireplace (maybe was broken?). When heating or cooling cycled on, the moving air hit the shades on the sliding doors (n the living room as well as the bedroom), which caused them to bang ALL NIGHT LONG. We didn't sleep well the first night. Through a bit of trial and error, we created a solution with our suitcases for the second night and then did sleep well. Furniture is a bit oversized, so dining area is squished.

Good location to explore Sedona. Beautiful villa and friendly people. Multiple hot tubs and an indoor and outdoor pool. Nice game room. Close to supermarkets and restaurants but quietly situated. The resort looks well maintained. Nice big bathroom and 2 toilets. Well equipped kitchen.

We couldn't find a description of the villa like where to find the thermostat, where to find bedding for the couch, etc. That could make the set-up easier. The couch isnt a very good mattress, you feel every spring. We couldnt get it completely straight as well but that might be us haha. Also, the headboard of the king bed was loose. It felt like the Villa could use a little bit of extra love. Other than that I would def stay again and recommend this place!

The facilities were perfect for our group and the staff very helpful. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect, conveniently close to so many things. There was a discrepancy with our bill and Ken at the front desk took care of it in a very timely manner. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Sedona.

We did not have sheets for the Murphy bed, but they were delivered quickly. When I called a week ahead to check on everything prior to arrival they did not have our request noted, by the time we checked in everything had been worked out.

Perfect location in West Sedona, close to everything. The room was nicer than it appeared it would be from the pictures. The beds were comfortable. We loved the two outdoor sitting areas, an upstairs balcony and a downstairs patio. The kitchen had everything one would need to cook a meal, minus the cooking oil. We will definitely stay here again.

The furnace was super loud at night, and the upstairs toilet had a loud turbo sound almost every time it was flushed.

Very well taken care of villas and grounds, friendly and thorough check in with maps, activity sheet, unit had everything we needed… comfy bed, all the kitchen amenities like home , liked having a large salad bowl with tongs, extra towels and tp, nice shampoo etc in dispensers in the upstairs shower, huge tv in living room and smaller in bedroom, outdoor patios, easy access out the back to the pool, grass at the back.. feels cooler… very quiet to sleep. Location right behind Starbucks and can walk to grocery store across 89a.

Since we visited in the heat of summer I would have appreciated a few umbrellas at the pool for some shade.

We had a last minute booking and came across Villas of Sedona on Booking.com, so we booked it. It was better than staying at a traditional hotel. Plus we had an indoor pool.

The only downside was the sales technique after you check in. You have to go to another counter to get your parking pass, this allows them to pitch a timeshare appointment with you. It wasn’t hard core sales, but it was there and adds more time to the check-in process.

Location was perfect for the several trips we took. Condo was enormous and nice, everything available in the kitchen, plenty of towels (pool towels included), supermarket was around the corner. Staff was very helpful and gardens where good taken care off.

The bed was a bit old and made to much noise when you turned around, it woke us up many times during the nights. Perhaps some WD40 spray would help...

Awesome location, only a short drive from downtown but the drive head east has exceptional views. The villa was awesome and clean, took a bit for the AC and fridge to settle in but we can blame the heat for the that. Bonus the cherry plum trees right outside our front door. The arcade and pools were awesome. The kids had a blast. Will be staying here a 2nd time. Came here from a friends recommendation.

Issues with WiFi the first night but were resolved by nightfall. Hours for pool and arcade use fair … til 10:00 pm which is quite generous.
