It was clean and easy to find. Great sitting area for bfast and pool. The fireplace was excellent

The staff were amazing, super helpful. Very knowledgeable about the area.

The hotel rooms showed a little wear and tear.

The property itself is very well cared for, and we were so grateful for the convenient pool, which was an absolute lifesaver during the 100-degree Arizona weather! What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was incredibly kind, patient, and exceptionally helpful, offering fantastic suggestions for entertainment, food, and hiking trails in the area. Our room perfectly met the needs of our family of four and impressively stayed cool throughout our entire visit. We also really appreciated the breakfast; the hours were perfect for our family, and the breakfast itself was excellent!

While some areas of the room showed a bit of wear and tear – the bathroom had a few cosmetic issues, the air conditioner was quite loud (which made sleeping a little difficult at times), and some of the furniture was a bit beat up – these were minor points in an otherwise fantastic stay.

It was perfectly situated for us close to hiking & restaurants. The pool and property are well maintained. The breakfasts were very good. The free coffee, tea water & fresh fruit 24/7 choices were wonderful. Loved the front & private patio, very homey & spacious. Loved the good size frig & microwave. The easy start fireplace was nice & cozy on the chilly evening. The staff was very helpful Austin went out of his way to be helpful. Wonderful Sedona experience.

I would recommend no carpet just the vinyl flooring, the carpet seemed worn. The vinyl floor was nice & clean. Our A/C was leaking but reported to management.

We were thankful for the place to stay. We booked online last minute and took a chance. It was a little further into town, but well worth the drive. We really were thankful for great customer service that late in the evening. Very friendly and kind to my 8 year old. He was even impressed. Was a family friendly location and we appreciate that. We are from Maine and so my son wanted to swim... and well it was chilly. Fireplace that close to the pool was definately an added bonus for cold Mom watching son swim!

The breakfast location was great options, but it was in a little odd location. Not a bad experience... the food was great options and healthy which is not normally the case for breakfast included locations... but it was busy and not much room to move around. (Counter space and location of things but we get it. :) )

First and foremost was Austin was super nice and helpful every morning. He helped me look for my lost cellphone, came up with suggestions for activities, and was just such a nice inviting person to talk to every morning

I just struggled with the man above us stomping around in 212 every morning 4am on the dot. Cant help rude people but that was the only issue

I was in town for the run Sedona half marathon and this hotel was walking distance to the race start. There was also a race shuttle stop near by but I didn't use it. Hotel Parking was easy. I was able to get a spot near my door. I didn't hear any noise from other rooms. The room got fairly dark with the blackout curtains closed. The hotel was close to restaurants and stores.

I didnt like the wall mounted hand soap dispenser it was awkward to use. It was weird having the sink right by the door and the lighting left something to be desired but overall the room was fine.

Good breakfast, rooms were comfy, clean.

The inly “bad” thing was that when I went to do the check in, the guy at the counter completely ignored me for a good 3 minutes while I was in front of him ( he didn’t even acknowledge that I was right in front on him). He then said he had some computer issues. It would be better if next time he says “ I’ll be with you in a bit, I’m fixing an issue here”. And No elevators for second floor.

Room comfortable and clean. Not brand new but updated. Staff super responsive to all questions and concerns. Outdoor area really beautiful. Very quiet area despite being on main road.

If you have lactose/dairy issues the scrambled eggs have milk in them. I have run into this at many hotels. I imagine the waffles also have dairy. I was unable to eat either since I also have a gluten problem. This is not important to most people. There is instant oatmeal which is not great. I went out and bought my own hard boiled eggs and travel with gluten free bread so I was all set after the first morning.

The area was very nice and quiet..The room was perfect, and the staff was very helpful.

@ about 5 am in the morning the fire alarm started cherping due to what we thought was a bad battery, we called the front desk and they said we could remove the battery, but it continued to cherp. Called back and they said there was nothing they could do about it, so we had to listen to it till it was time to check out. Not good
