I didn’t have a negative experience.

It was clean and new. The location was great. Nice pool. Comfy beds. And having a fridge and microwave in the room was very nice too.

Having the landscapers start at 7am with leafblowers on a Friday morning was a terrible way to wake up.

Starbucks on premise. Nice area to relax and have breakfast. Good spa and pool.

$25 per night parking in a large lot. Beds are hard. No marriott bonvoy points at this location. Housekeeping only every Other day. So trash and towels not addressed till you leave. Ugh! Absolutely no brochures or literature on area. Really?

The facility was clean and modern

Have to pay a nightly fee for parking. Ridiculous. When I book through a third party, I expect it to be all in. Also, I know Marriott properties charge for a cup of coffee, but that is also annoying. Most chains will at least have free coffee in the lobby, if not a breakfast buffet.

The view was beautiful. The restaurant staff and food was great. The pool and common areas were nice with a lot of seating.

The room was dark and outdated. For the price we paid there should have been daily room cleaning service. The staff was not helpful at all with things to do in the area and not friendly. Definately overpriced for what you get and charged us parking on top of it.

Air conditioning kept turning off during the night,poor controls, $25 charge per day for parking was too high.

Courtyard Marriott was very nice, extremely clean, quiet, warm & comfy. Loved that it was luxurious but still catered to the vibe of Sedona.

Nothing I didn’t like! Bell Service would have been nice but we arrived on a Tuesday. We called for towels one night & the girl up front couldn’t deliver them (which is totally fine) but she was all alone so I do feel like maybe that’s unsafe. I feel like there should be two+ employees working for safety reasons but maybe there was a call off or something.

Heated pool, fire pit, meditation spots, beds super comfy, staff great! Food at Bistro good, but pricey.

A lot of noisy kids running around throughout our stay, slamming doors constantly, running in hallway, etc.

The breakfast and restaurant were great. We are foodies, but didn't visit Sedona for the food, we crammed a lot into each day and restaurants were closed in the evening, and we didn't want to spend the time eating at a restaurant in the morning. The hotel restaurant was a perfect substitute for going elsewhere to eat, healthy options, simple but good, not your average hotel breakfast. The quality of the food was much better than expected for a small restaurant in a hotel, and the convenience was the best, open early, open late. :) Patio Dining options by the pool. One of the best features of the hotel.

The pool is amazing and the fire pits too, If they were open an extra hour or two it would be awesome. However, both made it a place we wanted to stay and savor. With much to do and see in and around Sedona, it was still a struggle to leave the hotel! The pool and patio grounds are truly phenomenal, so relaxing and the wild open the hotel backs up to is stunning. We initially wanted to stay somewhere boutiquey... more southwestern, more character. I am really happy we stayed here instead, regardless of being a bit more commercial. This hotel made the whole experience even better. Can't imagine trying anywhere else if we go back! We loved Sedona and the Hotel! ;)

All food at location was Ala cart pay for each (a bit high prices for drinks and type of food) . Limited food menus. Food was good and thankful the staff was there all day , since a snow storm had closed roads and kept us in hotel.

A choice of tea (hot) and more light snack items.
