Great location, tranquility pool was steps away, comfortable bed, full kitchen

Outlets in the kitchen did not.work(breakers and gfi(on 1 of 3 kitxhen outlets) were working., sliding door was badly maintained, and was difficult to open and close, tub and shower were only adequate, dirty shower head, stained tub.

We liked the great location, the beautiful views and appliances in the room.

Pillows could have been softer.

I found the staff at check in and check out to he a bit snooty. They even tried to accuse my husband of staying two nights when we only stayed one night . When we produced our parking pass showing one nights stay, he finally believed us. Quite disturbing actually.

I really enjoyed bathing in the big tub they have, it was really rejuvenating. I felt like I was staying in a condo instead of a hotel suite. Lots of room.

It was hard for me to relax and take in the beautiful scenery on the balcony because another guest who was staying in one of the 1st floor units was constantly coming out to smoke a joint, which I could smell! He made it very unpleasant for me to enjoy the time I could have had on my balcony for that reason. In addition, there was a lack of privacy because a family who was staying in another suite right next to mine had two little noisy ass boys looking over into my suite (from their balcony) to see what they could see and talk about. I'm a very private person so that was very upsetting and uncomfortable for me. I was going to put in a complaint about it to front desk, but I didn't bother since they were just being kids.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was comfortable, quiet, clean, well-organized, and had pleasant and efficient service. The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet area. What I liked the most was that the room was more than just a regular hotel room—it had a small kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed to make my own meals: a stovetop, sink, dish soap, utensils, microwave, large refrigerator, pots and plates, as well as cups and glasses. For me personally, this was a fantastic option, as I wasn’t forced to eat out at a restaurant every time. Since I stayed for five days (not just for a single night), it was really convenient to be able to cook my own meals. Plus, Safeway is only 1.5 miles from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again when I visit Sedona.

We did not like that staff said welcome home when u enter property. seems disingenuous. All that is needed is to say welcome to Hilton Sedona Summit. We asked if we could have a view of the red rocks and were told a room with that view was not ready and could not give us an ETA. It would have knocked it out of the park to have had a room with a view of the rocks and tell us what can be done and not what you can’t do. We would have waited. We don’t know when we can come back and that could have made a big difference to us as we travelled from Canada

Lots of choice with jacuzzis. Perfect distance from town with easy great views. Short walk to amazing sunset views. Kitchen with full size fridge and 2 burner range and all the things you need to cook and serve. Including nice gas grills. Beds and pillows were great.

Pools were absolutely not heated to 84 degrees as promised multiple times by different front desk staff. We checked all of them. Unclear about what to do with garbage. No housekeeping for stays under 5 days. Shower was hard to operate. Non functioning lights on stairs and pathways.

The customer service team was extremely attentive, helpful and tastefully interactive! Not intrusive, but engaged!

The view wasn't great from 252P, but we didn't care.

Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful.

WiFi is slow.
