As two young people travelling on a budget, we chose the had the least expensive room at the GreenTree Inn. Yet, we were still treated to a space with a cosy, modern feel and we especially loved the large spacious shower. The pool area was great - the water felt really clean, unlike most hotels we have stayed in before. Every member of staff at the hotel was welcoming and helped us however they could. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel, prior to checking in and for a couple of hours after check out, without any problems, free of charge. You are within 10 minutes walking distance to the Safeway supermarket and 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop headed towards Sedona town.

The breakfast was very bare minimum, consisting of toast, bagels and granola at the most. I would’ve liked to have seen more exciting options, to see have seen better value for our money.

Everything! I truly just relaxed for my last 2 days in Sedona. The room was clean and comfortable. I got the room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Next time I will get one looking at the mountains.Yes, I will visit again. Nice place to relax. If a person wanted to be close to all the shops, I would stay closer. The walk is not bad but the traffic is noisy for a walk. The coffee provided in the room was wonderful, as well as the selection of tea and coffee provided in the room. I traveled with my small dog and was pleased I did not have to pay extra. It would have e been nice to have a place to take her to go potty. She managed! The free breakfast was ok, I passed on this both days and got a good breakfast elsewhere. All in all a very nice place to stay.

The breakfast could of been better. It was ok. I would plan on eating breakfast out.

Room was quite a tight fit for three people with quite a bit of luggage, but it was clean and functional at the very least. Having the faucet separate from the toilet and shower proved to be a good thing, allowing us to take turns with using the facilities, or being able to prepare meals while someone was showering. Location was quite convenient; despite being more on the west side than the east side, everything is so close to each other in Sedona anyways that we didn't feel much of a difference. Plus, we had quick and easy access to grocery stores (Safeway, in particular) by staying on this side of town. Room had just enough space and seating to work if you wanted to eat prepared meals in your room, rather than spend the money to eat at the restaurants in the area.

Beds were a weird texture that made my back ache whenever I woke up in the morning. Shower leaked the floor easily--you had to place the curtain in a particular way to make sure nothing leaked out, and even then, water sometimes would leak. The toilet was quite tall--a challenge to use for shorter-legged people. The breakfast provided was okay, but definitely not we envisioned when seeing "breakfast included." There was only toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, granola, oatmeal, and fruit (apples or bananas).

Heated pool and hot tub after hikes and on cooler nights during our stay. We loved the fire table. Our room was perfectly placed, there is a great neighborhood to walk our dogs in each morning and evening. This hotel is quiet and off the main beat so we could get to most places but not deal with overcrowding business. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is quick and light. Loved the outdoor space a lot.

We were sad that the fire table stopped working on our last few days. Bathroom was so small. Fitted sheets kept popping off the bed, which was annoying.

Loved the rooms. So clean. Love that they don't use carpeting. Private patio was really nice to have. Pool was lovely and heated. The hot tub area with firepit table were a great hangout space for evenings.

Breakfast was extremely limited (almost zero protein options) No bananas. Only bagel topping available was cream cheese or jam, no peanut butter. No to-go yogurts or egg options AC was on the fritz in our room, so that needs updating, but the only thing about the actual room that needed updates. The street noise is pretty loud (both by the pool and in room at night). Bring ear plugs. But views are still phenomenal and location was terrific.

Great value in the Sedona area. Extremely clean and well kept up. The pool area is great, rooms comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. The location was wonderful. I am a huge fan of revamped older properties that offer exceptional value and retain the charm of the history of the area. Great spot for families.

They beds are foam mattresses, so if you are a middle aged mom and sleep hot, that can be hard. The rooms are not incredibly spacious but comfortable enough and so clean, I was not bothered by these things. but for the sake of setting expectations, it is not a 5 Star hotel, but the best you can get in the area at this price point IMO. Very well run, warm, and comfortable, and close to Whole Foods and all of the sights!

24 hours someone available in the office. Easy to find. Not a chain. The kids LOVED the pool and several times had it to themselves.. We found a good local pizza place and walked to it. Good pizza and good service. SeDONUTs was a win for breakfast/coffee. We used this as a stop on the way back from Grand Canyon. Wish we'd had another night so we could have explored some Sedona trails. We had to settle for view of the rocks from the parking lot this time.

We had trouble figuring out the heating/cooling. (our lack of knowledge) We thought it was because of dead battery but discovered the next morning that cooling was determined by unit near sink, not the unit on the wall so we had a stuffy/warm night. I would suggest an instruction sheet. Some of us liked the foam mattresses, but others didn't. Traffic was very heavy (what we didn't like, tho not much you can do about that!) but we did like that the rooms are insulated enough that we didn't hear the traffic at night.

Easy in and out with parking and the hotel motor court area empty during the day because everyone is out. Room was clean and bright. Pet friendly. Easy stay. Pretty hotel motor court and finishes.

We requested a first floor room because our dog is old and can’t do steps well. We were accommodated in that way, but it was super loud being below someone. Not sure if it was just the person above us, in particular, or if it is the building structure, but we could hear them walking back and forth, dropping everything, making all the noises where you wonder if they are bowling upstairs, etc. We would stay again for a quick night or two but recommend getting a second floor room for the quiet.

- Extremely clean and organized - Courteous, friendly and helpful staff - central location close to everything - quiet even though plenty of occupants - felt safe and secure - hot caffeinated & decaf coffee offered 24 hrs, and muffins & fruits to grab anytime too. Coffee is what we needed and appreciated. It wasn’t too strong or too diluted

- pillows were not at all comfortable. They need to have some kind of firmness to support head. Neck was aching for us both every morning - mattress was firm as lying on brick. There should be some kind of softness in it. It felt like you were sleeping on the firm ground and made my sides hurt when side sleeping. Same for my friend. - Breakfast doesn’t offer any protein (not even a boiled egg), so we never got breakfast from here. Had to spend extra on getting breakfast some place else. Which adds up.

Early check with no questions asked. The staff at the counter verified our ID, checked the credit card record and gave us keys within 2 mins! The room was super clean and comfortable. Had all the basic requirements. The morning breakfast was sufficient enough for us to get going. Uber drivers we used had no trouble finding the place.

An inconsiderate guests who was staying in the floor above us! Kept us up from 2am to 5am just walking up and down with what we guessed were high heels! The loud noises were too much. We brought this up to the hotel reception staff who handled it very professionally. The following night we did not have this issue! So a big thanks to the staff at the hotel.
