The breakfast was very good! The cook and staff were very friendly. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. The location is excellent for accessibility to hiking trails in west Sedona.

The only real negative, and unfortunately it mattered significantly, was that the bed creaked something fierce, interrupting our sleep. I called it to their attention at checkout. Hopefully that will be addressed so that the next guests can give a five star review.

Great hotel, newly refurbished. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free complimentary breakfast consisting of coffee, croissant, yogurt and banana. If you want something more substantial you can use the value ($5.95) towards something else Didn't use the pool as we were out hiking most days but it looked clean. Only issue was the AC unit was quite loud and just burst into action in the middle of the night. Other than that no noise from other rooms or the streets nearby. Obviously prices change but if I had to pay $160-170 a night here I'd be happy .

AC unit as above TV was not a smart TV. Some.nights after hiking 9/10 miles all we wanted to do was have a hot shower and watch a bit of TV before sleeping. TV had limited channels and no streaming function

Really friendly staff, professional and very attentive, clean room and amenities, comfy bed and I loved the stargazing touch in the room! I would recommend coming back!

The ceiling, doors and walls are a bit thin so one could heard everything that was occurring around you, unfortunately. If I were to book again, I would book towards the back to see if it’s a bit quieter there. Unfortunately I had to call the receptionist and ask them to kindly tell the upstairs neighbor to keep it down since it was around 11pm-midnight and they very quickly did and the noise stop.

We loved the location as it was close to a very known restaurant that had super yummy food. The ambiance is also pretty relaxing. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows were also comfortable.

The rooms could benefit from a standing mirror, ours didn't have any and it was hard to dress up and get ready for the day. We only had the bathroom mirror. Front staff on the day of check in were not welcoming and sincere about a confusion we had regarding the breakfast. It was a very big inconvenience and we were surprised by it. Unfortunately it was handled very poorly by the young lady on the day of check in. She was insincere and unprofessional abt it. Thankfully ladies like Zen the next day helped us tremendously and were friendly enough to help with other matters.

Location was perfect, although just a bit noisy since it’s right off the main highway and our balcony faced it. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a fireplace. Very cozy. They have various activities for the guests to enjoy - like a guitarist in the evening at their Family and dog park. Breakfast was great! Everyone was friendly.

The only thing was that I had to use the extra sheets and blanket that were in the closet, for the sofa bed. The blanket was stinky. It aired out after the first night and was ok. But, maybe make sure those items which are not often used are still kept clean and fresh.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights of my stay was the classes—especially the yoga and chakra sessions, which were a wonderful and unexpected surprise. I highly recommend this place!

The continental breakfast is served in a small basket, which isn’t very practical for eating comfortably.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff accommodated our request for a ground floor. However, the room was rather noisy, especially in the early morning. I attribute this to minimal insulation in the building, so not something easy to fix. An example of noise, whenever the upstairs guest walked around or used the bathroom we could hear it as if it was in our room.

The noise. The breakfast was pretty standard, scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, waffles. Very little fresh fruit. Also, the yogurt was vanilla flavored. Better to go with plain Greek yogurt. I realize this is hair splitting. Overall our stay was very good and all the staff were exceptionally helpful.

The room was very roomy and my boys loved it! Very family friendly and I loved that there were 2 TVs and my kids could watch whatever they wanted. The fireplace was an awesome touch and my toddler loved to watch it while he fell asleep. We will be staying here again in the future! I have already told family and friends about this hotel and will definitely recommend to everyone that asks

The rooms and property are upgraded, complete with the pool and a bar!! The beds are comfortable with lots of pillows! The property is clean and quiet. This is a dog friendly property that really goes all out for them, even a sign to welcome them all by name. The steamer in the room was a plus!!! The staff was very nice and attentive.

There were bugs in the pool, it needed a better cleaning before opening for the day. No more continental breakfast, that was replaced with a restaurant.

Breakfast was good. Location was very good.

Our room was a bit cramped. No elevator to 2nd floor. We had to lug our suitcases up through the outdoor stairs.
