This has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed! Our room was beautiful! The Southwest decor was stunning with a lovely fireplace in the corner and a fabulous balcony overlooking the pool with a lovely view of the mountains!! The staff was super friendly and took great care of us while we were there. The pool is small but just the right temperature and we really enjoyed the luxury of cooling off from the heat of the day. Breakfast was yummy and a nice offering. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the bathroom was large. The hotel and grounds are well maintained and gives an upscale "resort" feel. Everything was very clean. We loved it all!

The property is very nice, located in a very convenient area in Sedona and easy to get around to the hiking trails. Hope at the front desk was an absolute charming woman who made us feel at home right away

The breakfast buffet is very limited and no variation, few options available and same menu every day, taste is pretty plain. Being that most people will most likely grab breakfast and go to start hiking early, things like boiled eggs, muffins, cheese etc would be a great option to have as well. Having burritos and pancakes every morning for a stay of more than 2 days, doesn’t make it attractive.

After hiking all day on the South Kaibab Trail in the Grand Canyon, we were exhausted and making the late drive to Sedona.  When we received a call from a staff member of the Southwest Inn in Sedona.  He was doing a welfare check on us.   When we arrived he had extra pillows ready for our tired bodies. When does that happen these days.  It was a touch of  class rarely seen anymore. The large room was excellent with a fireplace and a private balcony that gave us a great view of the Sedona mountains. My wife loved the breakfast omelet and pancakes.  We stayed in three hotels over our five day trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon, they were all very nice, but the Southwest Inn in Sedona was the best. The facility and our room was clean. Breakfast was good, however limited, the egg "omelette" was the warm part of the meal and were fine, there were pancakes as well. Cereal, yogurt dispenser with toppings, hard boiled egg, toast, and bagels also available. Extra towels, coffee, etc... available for pick up at the office if you need them for your room or pool. The pool was small but we were the only ones using it so it was fine, hot tub was nice and not too hot to enjoy. The staff was very helpful. Try and book straight through the facility, we were on motorcycles and had a mechanical issue and thought we may have to shorten our stay. The staff said they would gladly refund the remainder of our stay if we needed to leave, but, booking.com had no one to speak with so unfortunately we weren't able to make arrangements with Southwest at Sedona.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like, however, I would prefer to have housekeeping come through and replace towels and empty the trash.

1st floor. Quiet room. No noise from adjoining or upstairs rooms. Comfy beds and roomy room nicely decorated. Nice bath towels. Coffee pod maker. Access to additional pods a plus. Room was clean. Desk staff pleasant. A very BASIC continental like breakfast.

No access to ice before 7 a.m. Breakfast room not available until 7:30. Hikers are up early to start the day so would appreciate an earlier start. Btw...the hotel does a good job posting office hours and advises getting ice night before if need before 7.

Staff was nice and helpful. Accommodations were comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The little restaurant and hotel grounds were kept up.I liked having a fireplace in the room and jetted tub. Complementary bottle of wine was very nice. I appreciated the water in the lobby and the little snacks.

Though he was very nice, the young man at the front desk was flirtatious, which I felt was unprofessional. I was not offended, but just wanted to point that out. Also, no bars of soap for the tub area. The fireplace and the heating/cooling unit made noise.

I loved the stay here. Property was clean, safe, with very nice amenities. The pool and pool area were especially a nice bonus. Just a little refuge to hang out and read a book and dip in the pool. The property was quiet, and convenient to local sites, hikes, and restaurants. Local Juicery in particular is a great spot, and just a block's walk away. The staff onsite were very helpful and courteous. Room had a spacious shower and bathroom, very comfortable beds, and the fridge and TV were excellent. No complaints, great value and lovely place to stay while visiting Sedona.

The only thing that was lacking was the breakfast. The space upstairs where they host was great, but the food was not. We tried it one morning and it was pretty low quality, so we opted not to take advantage of it the other mornings. The hard-boiled eggs were inedible, the hot bar was unappealing, and there weren't a lot of other options. I think it's the one thing they could improve about the property.

Clean staff was amazing especially JESSICA what a warm welcome when we checked in gave us all the info for places to eat and sights to visit she made us feel so welcomed it was a pleasure to met her. I would recommend your hotel to all my friends and family.

Pool was a little dirty but when I told the front desk they were so kind I only cared because I have a special needs son and the pool had to be clean for him to get in

Would like to have scrambled eggs. Breakfast burritoswere good but would have preferred that it wasn’t frozen and that they required much more te to microwave than stated. Loved the southwest vibe and size if the room

Tv situation was disappointing. Would like to just turn on tv for local stations and a few movies. It was a smart tv but I could not connect to it. It made me download LG app and still would not connect

We had an amazing stay at Southwest Inn at Sedona. The most impressive aspect was the interior design of the room: beautiful and unique! And the location! Absolutely stunning! The room was very clean, the beds were good size and comfortable. There is plenty of good restaurants in the proximity of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Thank you , Southwest Inn at Sedona for making our stay unforgettable!
