This is my second time staying here as I like the place and location which was convenient to the place where I have some work to do. My previous booking was a Deluxe King Room on 08th July. This time round, I booked 1 Executive Suite as that was the last room left with Booking.com. The room comes with a work table and it is spacious and quiet. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom is fantastic.

TV reception is bad. Towels and floor mat needs to be replaced, although they are clean but it's not white anymore. Area around the bath tub needs a layer of white cement or silicone to cover the stains or discoloration from the cement to give a cleaner impression/look.

This hotel is easy to find. Shared parking lot with other facilities and hypermarket. The room was quite spacious. Smell so nice when I entered. The breakfast was good, a lot of varieties comprising local dishes.

Only one receptionist on duty when I arrived that evening. I have to wait for a few minutes before i could check in because she was away.

Thank you for the good wifi, i had a good video conferencing 🙏🏽 The 2 restaurants downstairs are good, malay food and Chinese cafe. Also there's an in house cafe, so convenient till 9pm. The indian receptionist very well spoken and good manners....he gives good customer service. He doesn't trouble guests instead he gives immediate solutions. Awesome 👍

I requested for extra mattress, but the staff said it cannot be arranged after 5pm because housekeeping is closed. The key card keeps expiring, i had to go down to renew daily.

Extra love to ur front desk officer. Young malay female with great energy and attitude. Didnt catch her name as there was no name tag. But her personality was amazing.

Nothing to complaint with value wise

The room is very clean and nicely decorated. Smells good. feels very comfortable. The hotel is close to many amenities; restaurants, Billion Shopping Center. The bathroom was very clean and water flow is very good. water heater also works well. Breakfast included; even though there were not many choices, but on that day, we had fried kuayteow, nasi lemak, chicken curry, noodle soup. All of them was very delicious.

Nothing much to say but may be the room was quite small but still ok as the room was clean and nice.

The location is easy to access to teluk batik, setiawan, lumut. The staff is polite, very helpful. The food quite good n delicious. Room is spacious since we booked for family room. Space is more than enough to 4 adults n 2 kids. Overall is good staying there. 👍

Need to request for iron n iron board for a few times before they delivered to the room. Other than that is ok.

Good location for family & you can go anywhere in Manjung, Sitiawan & Lumut Good parking area in front of the area Staff are excellent & friendly Good breakfast layout & variety

One of the room aircond is not functioning. We were offered to change to other suite but just a mess to pack up everything. So we just stay

Room not so clean, TV rack full of dust Lighting in the room no enough There is no view, direct facing another hotel room window

This place ok and nice to stay for short term trip. Beside there is supermarket where we can buy whatever required items.

The lighting need to improve a bit ... atleast add 1 bright light.
