It was a great overall experience for our family. From check in to check out everyone made us feel welcome. It was a christmas present for our grandchildren since they love experience with us more than presents. Being next to discovery park was nice and convenient as well. The breakfasts were fantastic and the attendant that took care of it was so sweet. She brought our grandkids coloring sheets and one of the sheets was Hello Kitty 😺 whom my youngest granddaughter loves ❤️ she said how did she know Nana? Thank you so much and we will be back! Merry Christmas 🎅

Located near Discovery Park of America (unexpected bonus) light display as we arrived was beautiful. Hotel was clean, kind/helpful staff, breakfast was good, gym and room were excellent, comfy bed, roomy/clean bathroom as well. Dollar tree is nearby as well so you can get necessities cheaper there (toothbrush, detergent etc). CH/A was wonderful (no issues) after the temp drop outside (snow). Liked: Laundry, gym, pool, staff, location, room.

Requested early check out (late the night before, so my fault) and the cleaning staff was unaware. Easily fixed issue just let them know early on. The price was good for my room, but 2nd last minute room on Sun-Tues (nearly empty hotel) for 1 person was more $$$ than I anticipated. Honestly I'd have to try hard to complain because this place is wonderful. Will stay here again when I return to visit my Tennessee family.

The breakfast was very good and had lots of choices. Staff was very friendly and kept it. It stocked very well. The pool area was very clean and always had towels available.

I wish that we could have had a adult only swim late in the evening before you close the pool.

Clean, location, amenities, staff. Room is as pictured. Next to Discovery Park of America so driving in, the Christmas light display was beautiful and added a little peace to my stay.

For a new location, disappointed the ironing board was broken and wouldn't stand or close. In town for funeral so it was needed.

Breakfast was good with several choices that even our three grandsons ate. the breakfast staff was great and even gave them crayons and paper to color on . The pool was located next to the elevator which is good for getting back to the room with out a lot of mess.

We had to go down stairs to get bedding for the pull out sofa, but that is nothing major.

The young lady that checked us in was very sweet and helpful. She recommended a restaurant which was good and fun. The beds were incredibly comfortable I didn’t really didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was good and the automatic pancake maker was fun! Would definitely recommend a stay!

The check in was quick and easy. The front desk associate was helpful with answering our questions about the area. The room was perfectly clean. 24/7 coffee being available was super nice. We enjoyed an afternoon cup of coffee on the back patio!

The staff was excellent. My husband had a medical issue, and they went out of their way to offer assistance. My grandson enjoyed the pool.

There were no towels in the pool area.

The beds were so soft. The options for breakfast were amazing- something for everyone. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Front desk was so helpful with suggesting places to eat.

Not their fault, but the GPS on my phone took us to a different location.
