The facility itself was very nice I talked to one of the house keepers in the elevator she was a very sweet girl. The location and cleanliness was great. ❤️

Breakfast was rough we went at 8:00a.m. There weren’t any plates, bowls, biscuits very little milk and waffle batter. I went to the desk to get someone to get plates and biscuits and a lady named Kitty Jo came out of a room behind the desk I told her what we needed and she just looked at me I tried making small talk and she just wasn’t friendly at all she didn’t seem to be having a good day. 😳😳😳

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, large room because it was accessable room,, good A.C., nice location, has microwave

The remote control for tv was not user friendly, unlike any I've seen over the years,,needs to have a laminated sheet with tv channels listed, like some other hotels..Was disappointed with breakfast, last year was better:-(...no eggs or meat,,no oatmeal, even instant,,,expected more...Lacking enough soap for shower,,Refridgerator not very cold,

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice.

The outlets didn't work properly in the room. The staff told us the top plug would work on each outlet if the light switch was off. However, for the bottom plug to work, you had to have the light switch on.

Got charged for a cancellation even though I was there on time, but it was just a mixup, but I’m still waiting on getting my money back a total of $224. I’m waiting to get back.

Very clean and well maintained. Everything looked newly remodeled. Real plates at breakfast!

Although what was on offer was good, breakfast selections were very limited.

The location to my destination,the cleanness of the exterior and interior entryway. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was minimal but doable

Loved the fact that I could get a hot meal at breakfast. The entire staff are so friendly, smiles on their faces, say hi and chat with you for a bit. Just like meeting an old friend on the street. The super clean rooms, dining area, front desk area. Beds were so comfortable. I had a great night sleep every night. Plenty of hot water for my showers. Plenty of closet and drawer space. I definitely will stay here when I come for a visit again.

Wish the rooms had a microwave in them. That is the only drawback .

Breakfast food was NASTY!!

Had a disabled room it was perfect. Well decorated. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent,hot and cold, lots of choices. Well maintained facility, hotel only 2yrs old.

Only complaint, no microwave in room.
