Everything was great! Room, staff, breakfast, pool... All A+.

No manager on site when the computer system wouldn't let me check out. Booking.com said I didn't need to pay until I got to the property. Well, that screwed up the whole thing and I had to stand at the front desk for almost an hour to get it situated. I couldn't even pay with cash!! The manager just said over the phone "Well, she shouldn't have been able to stay if she didn't have a good card." I split my payment between two and they were both pending, so the payments couldn't be sent through again. Hardly my fault.

Breakfast was very good! The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable! I expect Hampton Inns to always be a good choice, and this Hampton was a very good choice. We would recommend this hotel!

I do not like the trend of keeping the large bottles of soap and shampoo in the bathroom for all incoming guests using and to share.. Luckily I had a couple of travel sized bottles in my bag from a previous trip. I will need to always pack my own supplies in future.

The Breakfast was good. However I wished the Potatoes did not have peppers, or onions in it. Could have served Bacon along with the Sausage that was prepared.

Our room was cramped. No real place to put our large suitcase. Small Pool, even though they said it was heated to 84degrees was very cold. Maybe the A/C was set to cold.

We had to leave early in the morning and did not get to eat breakfast, although I did notice that it was ready, and several hotel guests were eating breakfast when we left. The location of the hotel was really easy to find, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I thought it was a little overpriced for the area. There was a mixup on cleaning my room every other day.

Could hear hallway noises. Couldn’t get air set, unit turned off and on all night and was loud. Hotel was very clean, staff was nice. Good amenities provided in the room. Location felt safe.

The floor in the pool area was extremely slick when wet! I fell and hurt my leg very badly! Could continue with the remainder of our trip activities with my children due to extremely bad pain and soreness in leg to hip joint socket!! Everything else was perfect!

I loved the smart TVs, they even welcomed you with your last name. The breakfast was good, even had a few warm choices. My son loved the indoor swimming pool, well lit and decent sized.
