Honestly, the only thing I can say negative is I didn't like the scent of the shampoo, conditioner and lotion. It gave me a mild headache. If they could swap it for a fresh or citrus scent it would be way better. Right now it's a heavy perfume scent.

The breakfast was above average. The size of the room was very decent. The location was perfect by the university, shopping, bars and food. Beds comfortable, rooms clean. Love the heated pool and was clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating and price was average for the facility.

Honestly I cannot name anything I didn't like about this hotel it was a very good clean hotel.

The commode was extremely low. Not acceptable especially since a handicap unit would not have offered a taller commode The handicap unit is on the second floor. In case of fire elevators are not used, if a person was in a wheelchair how would they evacuate

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was very good and they had hot coffee out in the lobby. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

My bed seemed to slant off to one side, and it made a lot of noise when you would turn over. It may have been off the track. I should have called down for assistance.

Location. Walking distance from UT-Martin Campus

This is not a complaint. I feel the hotel should renovate/update the facilities. I say this because it’s really the only Hotel in Martin. Update to a Luxury Modern Style before another hotel opens.

Very clean; breakfast was very good, clean area, food presented very nicely, friendly staff, enough towels daily. We really liked staying there. Definitely would stay there again.

Not so good breakfast. We drank some coffee and left. Also would be nice to have a few chairs outside , maybe a small patio or just somewhere to get fresh air.

the drink machine on our floor didnt take bills , had to go downstairs to get change, the snack machine kept spitting my money out. it was horrible. snack machines need to be upgraded.

The hallway carpet look old , air-conditioner is thermostat temperature set limited , and can't regulate fan speed, if you make reservation with booking.com , the price is little higher when you pay on hotel receptions.

Property is always clean. Staff super friendly. Rooms are comfortable.

Not that it was really any worse than any other hotel, but the breakfast is okay. The juice, however, was super watered down this time.
