Brilliant apartment in this lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were really friendly and helpful, but also inobstrusive. The size of the apartment was fantastic - two good sized bedrooms, a decent bathroom and a bit open-plan living area. And having this self-catering accommodation with the servicing of a hotel was fabulous. Kitchen pretty well equipped and we cooked full meals with ease here.

The shower lacked water pressure so was a bit disappointing. A cheese grater and a fish slice would be useful in the kitchen - being quite picky just because everything else was so good!

The flat is big and has a big living room, as well as good-sized bedrooms. The position is very good as well, close to the train station and in a street full of cute shops and cafés.

The doors, especially the bathroom, didn't have a key, which was uncomfortable when traveling with different people. The kitchen is well-equipped but could be cleaned better.

The bar located at the corner was very loud late into the night. We know this is not under the control of the hotel, but it was annoying. Pillow was very thin

The location was a big bonus of this hotel central to everything. Staff were very helpful with car parking, sight seeing and also restaurant recommendations.

We really did not have anything negative to say about this hotel.

The location is ideal for a short break, convenient for all transport and sights. Comfortable beds, good hot water. Recently redecorated and pleasantly furnished.

The room was very small, and the shower needs a bit of refurbishment. The room could be noisy in the early evening from the street below, but after 8pm, really quiet.

The restaurant was separated from reception by a wall and a heavy door. If it was all open space with bench tops and all glass it would look great.

Could do with a ceiling fan or air conditioning. The windows need to remain closed in summer due to church bells throughout the night and noise from people at night

The location is really good. It´s located in the city center, near the local street market. The staff is good and courteous.

The hotel is a bit old, and one of the days of our stay the elevator was broken. But nothing that is really bad.

The staff is very flexible, we moved from family room to apartment. My second time visiting vevey and this time during Swiss national day, it was a great memory.
