That it had a water park for the kids since we had small children

That we got the Waterpark passes and couldn’t use them cause it was too cold and was closed. Also that they rent to family without kids who are doing inappropriate things that our kids could hear through the walls

The property is located in a remote location. Close to Disney, Universal, and the airport. Exceptional prices( except for the Valentine’s Day Price jack) Tis’ the marketing everywhere’s. Comfortable beds. Awesome water park. There’s a large game room. Awesome music! Great atmosphere! Not a peep or single person out after midnight. Family oriented. They have security patrolling throughout the night.

The water park closes at six. And the pool at ten. Standard with most hotels, but it would be awesome to dare to be different! ;) I almost broke my rib and took out a hip on the water slide, I don’t recommend sliding over 30! I did get a decent laugh at an older gentleman coming down it. I could hear his grunts and the look on his face was priceless at the end. My kiddo loved it! (8)

The staff, central to activities and quiet after posted time.

I had two reservations back to back and checked the rooms and the cleanliness was rushed. Units needed high dusting, mirrors cleaned by a short member of staff not all the way to the top, one of the units was cleaned but a large obvious clump of hair in the tub drain and the other several trans and balls of hair around the unit. Besides that restrooms were cleaned good, sink area and appliances good, beds were made properly. Taking into consideration the remodeling project that needs to be done and not holding that against areas of the room or property. Thank you for this day and all that you and the staff has done for the guest.

We requested a room with a roll-in or walk-in shower and that was confirmed to us. When we arrived, staff checked us into a standard room. It was a lengthy walk to the room, dragging our bags. I called the front desk to complain and they would not (could not) direct us to another room and bring the key. They said we had to return to the front desk to get the key. After dragging our bags there, they had to admit they had 2 ADA rooms available but didn’t know if they had a roll-in shower. We waited in the lobby while a supervisor went to each of the two rooms to confirm, then we checked in again and lugged our bags again.

Location was great, very nice clean hotel. Staff were amazing and rooms were large and comfortable.

The tv remote does not match the tv so nearly impossible to use. The only real complaint is the constant dance hall hiphop rap music literally blaring (and I really mean BLARING) outside the door and everywhere. You cant watch tv or have a conversation, the speakers were everywhere and nonstop from 9 am to 8pm every day. For me it ruined my stay completely. But I am older, to a young couple with children it is an ideal place..

When I tell you that the front desk staff is absolutely amazing they are freaking AWESOME I LOVE THEM anytime I needed anything they were there for me…… I spent the entire weekend there my kids where at the tiki hut and Paula was so sweet made sure she got my kids whatever they wanted she alcoholic drinks amazing…. Now when her pina colada mixed finished and ALOT OF PEOPLE were asking for more her box didn’t bother to acknowledge anyone’s request of pins colada or the passion fruit mixes not even the strawberry mix which sucked….. but low and behold Paula made sure we all had another drink close to what we where drinking

Waterpark staff they where so rude my I had 4 wristbands and purchased 5 more they told me that in order for my daughter to go down the water slide I had to purchase another wristband for her I did so they let her go down the water slide for about 10 mins before someone took a poo in the after here comes Sunday my kids are at the park since 10am it’s now 1pm and they start telling my daughter she can not go down the water slide like wtf when I was told by them to purchase her wrist band for the water slide IT WAS A A WASTE OF MY MONEY

The resort itself is fine, comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Other than needing a bit of updating it was great after the first night.

Misleading pictures on booking.com. I upgraded and booked a room that cost me $258 more than the basic room I had originally booked, because in the pictures of a deluxe queen, there was a full size refrigerator and counter area. I was very upset about this especially since I could have definitely saved the money with my original booking.

The room we had was huge. Two bunk beds, a kitchenette, bath and a huge room with two queen beds. Bigger than any room I've ever rented. I lived in Tavares, Florida before and I had never heard of this place. I have told all of my family to come stay here with their children. My children absolutely loved it.

The only thing I could complain about, but will not, is that the waterpark closes at about 7pm. It's still hot out and there is still plenty of daylight left. I think it should close at about 9pm.

I liked how great the staff is. I like how clean everything was. The water park was available to you with your reservation. I liked that we had cable and wifi. I liked the soaps and lotion that were available in the room they were very good quality. I liked that they had an arcade. I liked that the pool was cleaned and well kept. I liked that they had towels available in the lobby and the water park area.I also liked that they had a park for the kids to play in.

I didn't like that most of the hotel was under renovation, so a lot was unavailable, like the movie theater and the restaurant. My room phone did not work at all. I did not like that there was no ice machine. I had to walk to the lobby to pick up ice bags. I did not like that the hot tub was in the water park area, so we couldn't use it unless if the water park was open.

Everyting was ok... Nice ambient, nice people, nice facilities, all clean, nice bar, nice food, nice parking area, etc...

The pool area open at 11 am This is too bad!!! My kid woke up at 7 am and no stoped to cry because she just wanted to go to the pool but the pool was closed!!! The center of atraction of the hotel is the big pool. So this needs to be open or 24 hrs or from 7 am to 11 pm. The another bad was the pool gate!!! There is only one access to the pool area... Why? We got to walk all around the ugly fence just to go to the pool... If you want go to yourroom to looking for anything you need to walk all around the hotel to go... Remove this ugly fence so the pool can be accessed from anywhere...
