New hotel located in the very center of Puy Guillaume, nice rooms with everything needed.

A bit of an expensive hotel, given that even breakfast was not included. We stayed for one night, but Puy Guillaume itself was a big disappointment. There is nothing to do or see in the evening, and on a Sunday there was almost nothing available for dinner (even the pizzeria did not accept orders anymore before 21.15 pm, so we ended up eating just fries (which by the way were excellent) from 'Tacos Puy Guillaume').

The rain shower head was not attached correctly and fell on my husbands head!! Morning staff did not appear too concerned or apologetic sadly. I also considered 30 euro extra charge for two dogs excessive for a room costing 86euro.

What a wonderful host we had to look after us during our stay. He was so helpful with assisting us to organise our next day's stay. Service outstanding and the food was truly excellent. Good, clean rooms. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were good. The staff were friendly.

On arrival I found that the hotel was closed and I couldn’t see anyone around. There was a number to ring, but this turned out to be another hotel who initially told me they were fully booked. With some assistance from a friend with better French than mine, we established that this was another hotel elsewhere so they obviously didn’t have any knowledge of my (prepaid) booking. By the time I returned the hotel was open but it was a slightly worrying experience! I did experience noise from another room on the first night, every time the loo was flushed I could hear it. Other than that I slept quite well.

Breakfast was disappointing. No ham or cheese slices or fruit. Very limited considering the cost. The coissants were very nice though.
