We were in double 'Comfort' room, 108. It was comfortable and we had what we needed. The room was cold when we arrived (first week in November 24), but we found we had a radiator and CH that we could control ourselves. There is a little balcony but a street view.

The hotel is located in the city centre of Vichy, close to all attractions, monuments, bars and restaurants. It is situated in a nice building of the end of the XIX century. The room we stayed was comfortable. The best part of the hotel is the small but excellent SPA with sauna and jacuzzi that can be reserved for one hour.

Consistently warm and welcoming staff, clean and quiet room overlooking the Main Street (we slept well), very well located for a walking tour of Vichy, and excellent breakfast in a tastefully decorated dining room.

We arrived after a long journey hoping to eat in the hotel but the advertised restaurant is now not open in the evenings, and their recommended restaurants were not all open to choose from.

The location is wonderful and the staff is extremely helpful.

I will like just to point out, in case you are traveling with a baby like we did, that we ask for a cradle, but the hotel provide us with a cradle but without mattress. We end up sleeping with the baby in our bed. I think it would be very nice from the hotel to have mattresses y not to only provide the cradle.

All the staff were friendly and helpful , the room was nicely decorated and very clean . The bed was comfortable and the shower was good . The hotel was centrally located but quiet and had free parking . All round a very good stay , thank you

No milk for the coffee facilities in room

Staff are very pleasant. Breakfast is exceptional. The best surprise we had was free parking on the square directly in front of the hotel. And the location is perfect for accessing restaurants in town and beach bars along the river.

All fine - no complaints really. Lift a bit small - but they all seem to be in this town!

On a previous stop in Vichy we had stayed in a different hotel but eaten at the excellent restaurant in this hotel. On this trip we hoped to eat there again and booked this hotel not knowing it was the one attached to the restaurant. We were delighted to discover that it was indeed the same hotel but very disappointed that as it was a Sunday night the the restaurant was shut! Despite this we found the hotel extremely comfortable, friendly and excellent value for money. We had a very pleasant room with 3 windows and a balcony over the typically French square. We were able to park our trailer in the owners’ garage and our car in the square opposite the hotel. The staff were very friendly, particularly the manager Irena. The location of the hotel is excellent, just by the bridge into the old part of town, close to the river/lake, spas, main park and shops. We definitely return to this charming hotel.

Very minor points were lack of milk for the English tea bags or provision of herbal/fruit tea in the room and location of the wc paper dispenser and shower head. But really , particularly for the price and the rest of the decor/ambiance, it was really excellent.

Nice hotel smack right down town. Clean, semi soft beds, delicious rich breakfast, parking on the street.

Could be difficult to find parking depending on time of arrival, only street parking.

Central to all sights.The receptionists spoke English and were very helpful.The breakfast was also good.The receptionist gave us a map of the city and a list of Restaurants.

old building but very beautiful, very friendly staff, extra bed and baby cod was ready in our room, there was a firework show close by but we didn’t hear much of it

no hotel parking space close to the hotel (there is free public parking in front but it was full and there is a parking garage a short 5 min walking away. no problem but after a long day and with small kids it would have been nice to park right in front)
