Excellent breakfast. Loved the decorations and atmosphere of the place. Plenty of books to read for a relaxing evening or morning. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was within walking distance to the attractions, activities, and restaurants. They owners were so welcoming, warm, and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding and very delicious with it's wide variety of choices. The courtyard was very relaxing and pleasant. The inside of the hotel reception area was very comfortable. The room was very clean and meticulously well organized from having a refrigerator to a vanity stool to a goody basket of toiletry essentials of items you may have forgotten at home to the in-room coffee and tea. The beds were comfy-we had a great night's sleep. The room was nice and cool; great to enter into after a warm day of exploring Vichy. The shower was super, having the hand wand versus a shower head was great option, and a nice warm shower. Hands down this was a great place to stay!!! We'll be back... Merci Beaucoup!!! Thank you for your hospitality!!!

The hotel was centrally situated with plenty of on street parking close by. It was immaculately clean and our room was really quiet, very comfortable and had a lovely bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the added bonus was the beautiful piano playing by one of the staff! We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the breakfast room looked lovely. It was our first visit to Vichy and we had a lovely walk around the old part (which is being extensively renovated) and along the river which was beautiful.

This is a very interesting art hotel with wonderful interior, great beds, attentive staff. They prepared everything so nicely for the dog and we were impressed by the attitude. You feel very comfortable as home but with high quality of service. The hotel is not located near the spa but the town is small and everything is in close reach. The person at the reception was very nice, gave us the map and explained where and how we can entertain.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The room was too small for two people although we would have booked a larger room had one been available. Room, and hotel in general was spotless in all areas. Games area was excellent and very much enjoyed by our grandchildren who visited us in the hotel during our stay.

Room had all facilities required other than an English tv channel.

The place is called "Hotel" but it is more like being in a bed and breakfast or home of the local bourgeoisie with whimsical, trendy, 21st century modern touches. Cozy, relaxed, super convenient to experience the lovely city of Vichy. The host graciously provided me, upon request, with a list of typical local restaurants. The room is a haven of cleanliness and quiet. There is artwork throughout the house as well as a flower garden where guests can enjoy breakfast. There is a pool table to while away the time as you enjoy a beer or two.

Great hotel. The owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was well worth the money, the food was very fresh and of a high quality. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Arverna is a little gem! Tucked on a side street in the historic section of Vichy, this is the place to soak up French history. This hotel has all the touches to make your stay special, from the warm greeting to the bathroom amenities, you notice the extra efforts. Breakfast is amazing with high quality products. 10 of 10...here is why: The hotel is perfect located. You can go anywhere within walking distance. The owners are outstanding friendly and give you a welcome feeling from the first moment. The room was spotless clean with love for details like the rest of the hotel. Also it was big enough for two people with luggage. We stayed in other hotels in Vichy in really tiny rooms. They are dog lovers, so our dog was welcome too. We will come again.
