The room was large. It had two twin beds and a bunk bed (and we were only 4 guests). It is located at a walking distance from the historic center of Vichy, which was very convenient. There is no parking but you can park on the street and we were lucky enough to find a spot right in front of the hotel.

Room was a little cold and we couldn't find a controller to adjust it. Window shades do not reach the floor thus you get a little early sunlight. No blackout option.

The hotel was.nixe snd clean, when asked for fan, was brought to room without rush. Nothing was too much hassle. Receptionist gave us a lift to train station because there was no taxi. Alot of the receptionist didn't speak must English, but Google translate helped

Shower eas hooked up, but still usable.

I liked hotel, it’s in centre of City, near to every monument and train station, hosts are very kind and friendly, I’d recommend this hotel to everyone. The bedroom is very clean and comfortable

I liked everything

It was great value an had everything I needed for an overnight stay on the way to somewhere else.

My only point would be that the pictures with the nice double bed are misleading. I am sure those rooms exist, but I had a single bed in a very different looking room. It was OK, but my expectations were higher.

Excellent location, very central. Walking distance to train station, restaurant and shops. Quiet street.

Bathroom could use some fresh ingredients up, but clean.

Good central location in the town, and a large car park very close by. Plenty of space in the room, breakfast was fine, staff very friendly and helpful.

The shower was a bit tight but manageable!

No parking space for guests. Also AC was quite low effective, which caused high temperature during night.

Difficult to park Dangerous stairs inside the room, just behind the room door.

Hotel moderne is not modern. It could do with a refit.
