Super location right in the centre. We for got about the hotel's private parking and went for the underground car park which is practically next door. We parked there from 12:30pm until 9:30am the following morning and it cost only 15€. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and courteous.

The bathroom was a little 'tired' and needs an update. In particular we did not care for the bathroom door, which in our room (402), is a saloon swing panel with a wide gap top and bottom. This means that a person using the bathroom/WC has absolutely no privacy. We liked the hotel but if we stay here again (which we might) we would request a bathroom with a functioning door.

Hotel is in the superb location - just in the heart of Vichy. Excellent to visit old part of Vichy or go for lunch or dinner around. It is in a nice, old building and despite there is no air condition - the room was not very hot. Very good breakfast. Fantastic service - people are very nice there and helpful.

No air condition, so we had to shut the blinds to avoid heat in the room. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Excellent welcome from William and fabulous tips for exploring Vichy. Dinner was also very good. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of charm

The room was a little dated and the shower cubicle could have been a little bigger.

The traditional rooms in this hotel are quite basic (but clean). No parking (but a commercial underground car park is close by).

The twin room was large enough to comfortably accommodate two non-intimate friends….hard to find in France. The beds were comfortable and location very good with restaurants nearby. The lobby is attractive and the price very reasonable.

Difficulty finding place to unload luggage in front of hotel and run in to get pass to enter hotel parking.

The Staff were friendly, particularly Christine who was very welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable Hotel well positioned for visiting the town

Decor in the rooms a little "tired", needs refreshing.

Central location, old fashioned but in a charming way. Secure parking. Comfortable room with no air conditioning but a fan which was very welcome on an extremely hot night. Excellent breakfast. Great for overnight stay or for longer stay in Vichy.

Breakfast offered a great selection of goodies of fresh breads and pastries. There were cereals, fresh fruits, cheeses, yoghurts, ham and eggs.

Coffee- would have preferred a barista style ‘cafe crème’ or two, however the brewed coffee was hot and strong.

We were delighted with this very traditionally French hotel where we were warmly welcomed by very friendly staff. The parking was excellent and secure, just along the road from the hotel. Comfortable room with a pretty Juliet balcony and spacious, well designed bathroom. The restaurant was outstanding and very reasonably priced. We will definitely return. Location perfect for the town. Thank you.

Location is fantastic. Parking great - a premium in Vichy. Food is excellent and the staff are lovely. We have stayed there 4 times now and can thoroughly reccomend it!
