Friendly welcome and a very comfortable room. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable and everything was very clean. The shower was excellent. It's a short walk to the town centre and shopping mall

The car park isn't functioning but fortunately there is local parking. Our request for a room on a lower floor hadn't reached the management but we were offered a room on a lower floor. No water or tea making facility was available. We were sent to dine at the nearby Mercure restaurant but at 7 pm there was no availability ...

The room was a god size and the secure parking was excellent. The location was great for access to the city centre and the staff were very attentive and obliging.

No safe available in the room but a safe deposit box was available at reception. Only one towel each, no hand towel, no coffee or tea facilities in the room and the air con worked but very slow to change the room temperature.

Good value hotel at a good location in Vichy. The parking was good, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Like with many Ibis hotels it lacks character. One elevator was broken which was unfortunate.

Nice hotel really well placed for being close to the main section of town. Car park has plenty of space and rooms are well priced. It's an Ibis hotel, not much more to say really.

Location. It’s my second time at this hotel. Breakfast is great. Reasonable price. Confort and new structures.

Breakfast was excellent as is location and general cleanliness - everything you would expect from an Ibis hotel. It helps that Vichy is among our favourite places in France.

The en suite facilities are probably due a refresh. Currently functional but showing the mileage! The room we had was also close to a service cupboard and the stairs which meant it was noisier than we would have liked.
