Friendly welcome and a very comfortable room. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable and everything was very clean. The shower was excellent. It's a short walk to the town centre and shopping mall

The car park isn't functioning but fortunately there is local parking. Our request for a room on a lower floor hadn't reached the management but we were offered a room on a lower floor. No water or tea making facility was available. We were sent to dine at the nearby Mercure restaurant but at 7 pm there was no availability ...

Breakfast was excellent as is location and general cleanliness - everything you would expect from an Ibis hotel. It helps that Vichy is among our favourite places in France.

The en suite facilities are probably due a refresh. Currently functional but showing the mileage! The room we had was also close to a service cupboard and the stairs which meant it was noisier than we would have liked.

Nice hotel really well placed for being close to the main section of town. Car park has plenty of space and rooms are well priced. It's an Ibis hotel, not much more to say really.

Nothing to complain about considering the cost.

Convenient base to explore Vichy with everything you would expect from a mid-range Ibis hotel. Cannot be faulted.

Arriving by car is not easy: the hotel car park can be accessed only after check with no temporary bay in front of hotel. The Hotel could send instructions on how best to park your car until check in is done (we just dropped the car nearby risking a fine).

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, accomodating and helpful! Location in the very center of Vichy, near the thermal baths. If you come by car you can park directly there.

Breakfast is the same as in every Ibis hotel: a bit limited on healthy options, industrial breads, no saisonal fruits etc.

We stayed here after the France v England game. It is in a good location - not in the centre of Vichy but just outside. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly.

check in and room were good. good location with close proximity to city and river. Very good secure parking. We even got two wine glasses at reception to have a drink from our own wine bottle.

even you could boil your own eggs, there were no egg cups provided. Another problem with the eggs was, that people did not know that the eggs had to be boiled. I told two different people that the eggs were raw. Maybe a sign would help!

Well situated in the centre of town, easy to find. Close to the spa and sports areas. Good restaurant, and plenty of space in the lobby/bar.
