We were looking for a hotel that was central for visiting Grenoble, Chambery and various pretty villages in the Chartreuse region and this hotel was actually better than we expected it to be. Our large room at the back of the hotel was comfortable and even had a table and chairs. It seemed as if the hotel had once been an aparthotel as there was a kitchen area, sink and microwave. The microwave was useful for heating up snacks. Each late afternoon of our 3 day stay we used the big balcony with its view of distant mountains - lovely. We ate in the restaurant on Friday night (not open Saturday/Sunday) and the meal was very good.

Separate toilet. Curtain screening bathroom from bed could have been a little wider!

Comfortable room with a bath tub, neat and clean. The electric kettle was clean. Very helpful staff who came to my room just to understand what I was asking over the phone (since I couldn't explain in French) and she got me an ironing board and iron. The bed was comfortable. The room had good heating. The check-in and check-out processes were super quick!

There was not enough light in the room (only 3 dim lamps) and I'd have liked to have some more light. The access to the rooms is via an elevator which can be accessed only by a long walk through some corridors. The location is such that if you don't have a vehicle, you cannot get to any place to eat as there's nothing like a restaurant or supermarket nearby you can walk up to.

Elodie, who worked at the bar and the restaurant and the breakfast counter was amazing . She was on her own at one point and she was still very friendly and smiley despite the place being busy and kids running around everywhere. A very positive person and a great employee who stayed professional. I wish it would be like in Australie for her where staff get paid extra for evening and weekends shifts. It’s the law and she deserved it . The cleaning team were so cheerful and always greeting us despite at one point it looked like they were just 3 people to clean the whole hotel!!! This place is really lucky they have amazing staff. Élodie as bar- waitress and to mention Sandra as one of the cleaners but they were all great

Our bedroom was pretty big and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The room was quiet, we slept like babies. It was very easy to park as you have a huge secure parking on site. Some furnitures like the sofa bed where our 2 years old slept felt a bit outdated but they did the job perfectly. We had a nice couple of nights there.

We wished they had more vegetarian options for the buffet breakfast but it was nice to find some plant based milk options. However it would have been nice to have some dishes in the bedroom. We simply ask the staff from the reception to get some in order to eat our take out in the room.

We were on a long travel and took a break to halt overnight at this hotel. The hotel was very good and met our expectations. The overnight stay was very comfortable.

Nice room on ground floor. The restaurant provided a reasonable selection of dishes. Parking was available on-site and near to reception.

Directions to the room from reception were rather confusing.

The room was big and super clean.

When i arrived the hotel at 7 pm, the staff in the reception were not speaking english even one Word.i found it strange.but the worse is the strange man in the reception behaved like it is normal.he ignored us, only gave us room card and did not help in any subject.

The staf was very friendly. I had problem in my room and they change it immediately to a better one.

The hotel is difficult to access without car.

The location was perfect for stopping off for a night , just off the motorway. Nice restaurant and plenty for breakfast.

Location is convenient to find and to access but, as for many hotels in the area, in the middle of nowhere in case you want to walk around the hotel. But the nature around is very beautiful.
