Generally, the staffs were friendly and helpful. E.g., the initial room I was booked into was not prepared and the staff (Chimuanya Mberekpe) was apologetic and prompt in relocating me. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Unlike the customer service received on ground, the customer service when calling from abroad is poor. The phone numbers provided on hotel website and booking.com are almost unreachable. When finally reached, the attitude is quite laxed. More improvement is required here. The hotel is quite big and it would be handy to have a map of the grounds available in each room. This way individuals do not need to rely on asking questions. Although the staffs were helpful with directions. I did not appreciate the smell coming from the drain in the steam room and as a result did not entirely enjoy the experience.

Room was spacious, recently remodeled, bed very comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and with a variety of options

Room was constantly cold even with the AC off, room service very slow, hotel facilities need better signage, due to remodeling many places are sealed off or under construction, bit pricey for what they offer but that's normal from hotel chains in the country

Gym and pool are top notch. The new textile (towels, bed sheets) is of premium quality. Bar side pool is fun! Great live music and staff is cordial.

Construction work is still going on and sometimes results in brief power outages. They need to also upgrade their spa rooms. Doesn’t feel like you are in a top hotel’s spa.

Mr. Daniel Egbuniwe the manager was brilliant!!! Made sure my elderly parents were catered for and made payment for the stay seamless… He’s surely left a good impression in my heart and when I visit Nigeria I will definitely stay here.. Thank you guys!!!! Amazing

Comfortable room, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff

Walking up to our room, we were greeted with a very dirty glass roof top and very untidy surrounding around the roof top. There were way too many mosquitoes along the corridor and by the doors of our rooms that we wondered if the roof top offered a conducive breeding ground. Urgent refurb required in that area
