It was new and clean. Really liked the room we stayed in. They took our luggage before our room was ready, so that was nice. Bed was spacious and toilet was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

There aren't many options for public transport if you are coming back later and the neighborhood shuts down street lights after 11-12 PM or so. Also the price was a bit too high for the stay we had, which also didn't include any breakfast. We didn't have the feeling that we were in a 4* hotel.

From the outside I was nervous about what I was getting into, but it was nicer than it looked from the outside. My first impression was that the service was excellent. Very friendly encounters with all the employees. The room was a decent size and comfortable. The thermostat actually worked, which isn't always a given. The breakfast was good with a decent selection. OK location if you're visiting Lyon and don't want to pay the premium to stay in town.

I guess it's a dog friendly hotel because there were two families with their dogs at breakfast, which proceeded to have a barking match. Not before my coffee!

The location was perfect for us to avoid Lyon which was crowded because of the Festival of light, and to have some peace and quiet in the night. We loved the breakfast, with the nice view and lots of different pastry and meal options.

The scent/parfume used in the hallways was always very strong and heavy, it ruins the atmosphere. Other than that, all was good

Very nice. Looks slightly older from outside, but very good quality inside. You can tell it’s professionally looked after. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Nice terrace for breakfast

The hotel is nicely located as I had to attend meetings in Tassin-La-Demi-Lune. Check-in and checkout were straightforward, with a friendly welcome.

Rooms are a bit noisy, and I could hear people walking around, doors closing, and any other noise. The main door was creaking in my hallway, which was quite annoying. The bar was closing at 10ish, although it states it closes at 11 pm on the room info card.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection, and staff were available to provide any additional requests. Dinner was BBQ night, with good food, and live music. Staff provided excellent service. The room was clean, and well organized, with a mini fridge in the room as well. Definitely worth another stop in future.

The mattress of the extra bed was uncomfortable and not suitable for a child that can fall off.

The location outside Lyon, easily accessible. Quiet suburban area. Ecellent high class hotel with a decent restaurant! Very comfortable clean room.

The maitre in the restaurant could be more friendly and not to pretend to be a teacher in school.

Everything. Clean, nicely styled, comfortable beds, everything we needed was there. The breakfast was incredible!
