There were 3 pools and there were different animation teams to keep us entertained. Water aerobic, different sport, and also a swim to the island across for kids! There are also two restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bed was comfortable. The room had both an AC and a fan. It was very easy to regulate the inside temperature to our needs. The room was spacious and new. The pool area was claned every morning. There were no mosquitos mid-May. All in all it was an nice stay.

The food was not always the best quality. Especially the desert section was more for the looks than for the taste. Sadly the beach had plastic trash. I think some time should be invested in cleaning the area regularly. The drinks at the bar are basically just sugary liquids. Offering some actual fruit juice would be a big upgrade. As there is an open kitchen you could see the chefs cooking. I think some of the non-stick pans should already be replaced..

This was our second time here, and although we were a little disappointed, we got over it within two days. Last year we had a room overlooking the pool, and although we would have liked to have the same room, unfortunately this was not possible. But the hotel was still as wonderful as it was last year.The food was fresh and delicious, and the children always found something tasty to eat. There was always show cooking. There was a separate table for Greek dishes, and we always ate from it. The chef could share the recipe for the gyros seasoning with me, because I would like to make something this delicious at home! The entertainment team recognized us from last year, which we really appreciated, but they were very friendly and funny to everyone. Special thanks to Viki, Pia, and the water aerobics instructors! A word of advice to anyone reading this and traveling here: participate in all the games, especially the evening quiz game! "Have a nice day!" :) (You'll find out why I wrote this! Beautiful and green quite big hotel area, a lot of palm trees that gives you shade from the sun when needed. Despite the size of the area everything is pleasantly close. We stayed 1 week in the middle of May 2025 with 2 children (12 and 7 years). The Family Superior room given to us in another building close to the main building was absolutely perfect! It was on 1st floor (not ground floor). The room was spacious with a big balcony and a view directly to the sea about 50m from the beach. Couldn't be closer to the sea :) I think the rooms are renovated quite newly because they looked new and were very modern. Cleaned daily and sheets changed when necessary. Beds were wide and comfortable. The lighting in the room was good, lots of lights. They even had USB phone charging. 2 big pools, one is more active with music playing and some activities during the day. The other one is quiet and relax. Plenty of sunbeds. Beach is very beautiful and sandy but be careful, there are rocks in the bottom of the sea when going in. Go about 50-100m to the left and there's sandy and safe to go in and for children to play in the waves. There's another hotel building a little bit further, the Sirens Village, that belongs also to the same hotel where you can also eat and use the pool and sunbeds but they don't absolutely tell all the guests that. Food was ok but in a week it got a bit boring, a little bit repetitive, especially the desserts and cakes. And I would of liked if they served water melon in the breakfast and lunch time also, not only in dinner time.

One evening when leaving the hotel room for dinner our door got stucked so that we couldn't get in or out anymore. One of our children was outside and the rest of us inside. We got quite panicked for a moment but then managed to call to the reception and fortunately they sent some guy with a screw driver in a couple on minutes. The door lock was missing a screw and it somehow locked itself. That was the only (and scary) negative thing during our stay.

Everything, it is super well-kept. Beautiful public spaces and room

We had a double stroller and 2 small babies and our room was in a nice structure of 2 floors (ground floor + upper floor) withot elevator. Our room was on the upper floor and it was a bit complicated to get there with 2 babies and/or a stroller without elevator... besides that everything was amazing

Only 2 constructive remarks: to clean the beach (it was full with algae) and in the restaurant the alergens/ingredients were missing next to the meals/food since I am gluten and lactose intolerant, it was dificult to choose.

Good place, next to sandy beach, a few minutes away (by foot) from Malia city centre. Not far from airport( Heraklion) about 30 minutes by car. Good personal, nice, clean teritory, room service - good, Bravo animation team ( especialy main cheff-super!). Only 30min by car to aquacity.

The drinks from bars ( soft drinks) sometimes looks like only sugar with water, not very tasty.

Excellent location for people looking for a beach holiday. Very good buffets, both for lunch and dinner, with a wide variety of options and staff regularly refilling any items that run low. Very nice staff in the restaurants.

The reception staff, with one exception (a kind man), should be more polite and friendly. The hotel charges a fee to use the in-room safe.

Great food, right on the beach,superb pools and gardens

Didn't stay in the main hotel,stayed in a another area called Sirens village,had great view of the sea but mainly catered for club Bravo,had a DJ playing loud music

The beach is awesome. Hotel location is perfect in Malia. Territory is also pretty nice, plenty of big palms.

All inclusive is not really all inclusive here. It is needed to pay for safe, beach towel change, some popular drinks(like spriz). Also staff on the reception can forget their own notes.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very fine indeed. The location is very nice, there are beautiful palm trees and the view of the sea and the mountains is wonderful.

Maybe the bath sink could be larger, but this is general trend in all hotels due to stylish reasons, I think
