Everything as we got a view top floor room once then came back and Even the basement apartment had windows good heating and aircon as well as a kitchen .

Staff flooded the pathways to wash down and made it a very dangerous tripping hazard we could barely walk out !!! Soooo dangerous!!!!! But good place if they just didn’t do that and also the STUPID SHORT SHOWER CURTAINS DONT WORK FOR NOTHING!!! I had booked a cheap basement room and checked in at 11am. A friendly staff member immediately took me up to a top storey balcony room, overlooking the main strip, where I would stay for the rest of the week I had booked. This included use of the air conditioner and safe for no extra charge, and was a nice room that was cleaned every other day. The location was great for the nightlife, you are right next to it, and a short walk to the beach, it also has a good sized swimming pool I usually had to myself

The hotel itself was not noisy, at least in mid May, half of the guests being middle aged, and the oasis bar closed, but the bars and clubs nearby were fairly loud, up to 3 or 4 am. After a few beers this didn't bother me, and I slept fine,I also enjoyed watching the street life from the balcony

The staff were very friendly and the place was nice and clean. We had a balcony that allowed us to relax in the end of the day. We could do everything on foot from beach to groceries and there is a huge selection of restaurants on a walking distance. Another plus was the pool accompanied by some good sunbeds and a jacuzzi. A little bit noise at night, but this is to be expected when visit Malia and it was not a problem for us. If you are looking for a nice and not overpriced accommodation this place is the ideal.

Excellent hotel, exceeded all my expectations. I was only going to stay for 3 days but decided to stay for another 3. I would like to highlight the friendliness and goodwill of manager Lena and collaborator Mina in all my requests, which are always responded to immediately. The hotel is excellent, spacious, very clean and in an ideal location, close to the beach and Malia's bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets just a few meters away. I recommend it 100%.

Great location surrounded by shops and plenty of restaurants. On the main strip so easy to access the nightlife but not too much noise pollution. Best pool facilities in Malia I have travelled many times but this one was the best with access to a pool party Wednesdays and Fridays. The room was clean and housekeeping really deep cleaned mid stay. Offer a good breakfast at the pool and owners are on site if anything is needed. Really loved my stay 10/10 💛

Super convenient location, as it is situated on the avenue street. This is the best price you get for a room anywhere in Crete. We cooked our own food half of the time, as we wanted to also try the local restaurants. The hotel has it's own bar if you're down for a quick drink. The swimming pool is probably the biggest one I saw in Malia. The beach is 5 minutes away.

Probably the water pressure, but that's a common issue in a lot of locations that we've been to. The shower area is also small, but for this price it's impossible to complain.

The lady on reception was always nice, happy and helpful. She recognised some of my friends who have been going there for years!

The Wifi wasn't great at all, I ended up buying an eSim to get connection.

Space, cozy, perfect for solo or even better with friends. Coming back next year with my m8.

The showers are a bit weak, small ants sometimes were in the shower but I easily washed them away. And ofc fix the Cabinet so it’s not a rope holding it shut. All not big deals and I didn’t really care

I spend a good time at this hotel ! It was confortable, clean and with a lot of benefits of location. With cosy and clean swimming pool also. I could to cook in my room some meal by myself and enjoy in a balcon with a great view.

Friendly staff, the owner was attentive and gave us information on what was good to do around Crete. Amazing pool area. The room was better than the pictures and very clean. Hotel is located next to lots of bars, restaurants and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. It completely succeeded our expectations!
