A lovely family hotel. It was so clean and comfortable room.

There in no public beach in the city center. The beach is occupied by the beach clubs in Malia. There was no space to enjoying the beach as a public. It is a big shame for the locals and local governance There was no airport shuttle. This part is false information. They offered me to call a taxi.

The location was central, right in the middle of night life, and even if there was very close to the bars, you could barely hear the noise from the room, so this was great for an easier sleep. I loved the energy of the owners, they were very nice and welcoming, always smiling and eager to answer any of our questions. We even got some tips with great places and beaches to visit, and it definitely helped. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and every two days, we had the bedding and towels changed, it was perfect. We did not try the breakfast so couldn't say anything, but everything else was really nice, it definitely made our staying better than expected. We highly recommend the location to everyone who wants to visit Malia and have a really good time with quality people.

We had the most delightful stay at this charming family-owned hotel! From the moment we arrived, it was evident that we had chosen the perfect place for our vacation. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. Knowing that they were cleaned every two days gave us peace of mind, and we were impressed by the attention to detail. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for their guests. Speaking of the staff, they were not only attentive but incredibly kind. We felt like part of the family during our stay. They were always at our disposal, ready to assist with any request or answer any questions we had. Their warm hospitality truly made our visit special. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic pool area. It provided the perfect oasis for relaxation. The pool was immaculate, and the surrounding area was beautifully landscaped. I spent hours enjoying the sun and taking refreshing dips in the pool. Overall, our experience at this family-owned hotel was exceptional. It's a true gem that combines cleanliness, kindness, and a fantastic pool area for an unforgettable stay. We can't wait to return and create more cherished memories here. ❤️

The location itself was very peaceful, even though it's located behind a busy street with nightclubs. The cleaning lady's were always very polite as well as the owners of Mirage Studios. At the pool you have enough space to seperate yourselves from other guests and enjoy a drink from the bar at the swimming pool.

Our last days at Mirage Studios we had a loud group of British girls the room next to ours. They made a lot of noice when they had predrinks on the balcony. After this they went out en we could go to sleep but where often woken up at 6 am when they came back to their room, drunk and screaming at each other. The first days of our stay we didn't have this problem (other guests) so I guess you have to be lucky.

Property was in amazing location, perfectly on the strip, a minute walk from most clubs and bars, only about 5 minutes or so from the beach and nearest supermarket too. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, our flight was delayed so we checked in well after the latest time but they were more than happy to wait for us, couldn’t ask for better people there. The facilities were good, the bar and pool were great and food was amazing, as well as very clean, as cleaners would come round daily to change beds and tidy any mess. The price for everything was amazing too, couldn’t recommend a stay here enough, the perfect place if you’re with a group looking to stay in Malia

The property was in the center of Malia, on the mai street, but it was not so noisy. The stuff was helpful and polite.

Everything is perfect. The rooms, location, the pool, the food, greeting to Nikos :D It is very close to everything, the clubs, super markets, beach. A lot of activities to do in the area. The staff is very friendly and kind, love them. Hope we come another year here and stay here again. Its the perfect accommodation in Malia.

Overall a very good experience. The ladies at the reception were incredibly friendly and super helpful. Really nice swimming pool and bar with a TV. The location is right in the centre of Malia so you're close to everything (beach, shops, bars, clubs, etc). Great value for money!

Due to the proximity to the clubs, it can get a bit noisy at night but it wasn't really an issue for us. The room was also a bit small for 3 people but it was super clean so all good. Other than that - no complaints.

Amazzzzinggggg staff. Amazingggg place. Cannot thank NIKO enough and the rest of the staff. Friendly there to help. We are a group from Malta and will definitely be there again. Right in the centre. Good value for money. And very safe. Rooms were also cleaned.

The place is really nice and reception is really helpful and welcoming. It's great value for money and everything is super close it's right off the main street and 5min to supermarket and beach. The bus up the road also goes to hersonasis and heraklion

There is an outdoor pool bar and there was drunk people screaming till the very early AM. I probably didn't pick a good area for what I wanted though as its a party town
