We really enjoyed our stay. The welcome we received was outstanding. The pool and amenities were great. Free parking in front of the hotel was so easy. Breakfast was nice, choice of everything you could wish for. The service was always friendly and everything was spotless. Our room and attached bathroom were not large but we had a nice spacious terrace attached to the room, very comfortable. And not to forget, the location of Dedalos hotel is really really great. Walking distance to all the fun city center and beach but far enough in order to not hear noise. This hotel is really economical and well worth the price. To sum it up : WONDERFUL !!!!! THANK YOU KOULA and thank you to all at Dedalos hotel.

Slab missing in Bathroom to place toileteries, there was a small ledge, most probably fine for a man but a lady needs more ledge place.

The pool and the different deckchair locations and in general the layout of the hotel with the rooms in the buildings. Great breakfast and lovely staff!

The Superior Room shown in the booking was a lot more modern than the one we got, especially when it comes to the bathroom but also the spaciousness. Our room, however, had a great location within the complex.

Koula is the receptionist and she makes you feel very welcome and will help you with anything you need during your stay. Eva is a wonderful lady who looks after you during breakfast, she's so attentive and goes out of her way to assist you as well. Breakfast was nice, varied and plentiful. The pool area was absolutely lovely and well looked after. Hotel location was great as you're close to everything on the strip but far enough not to be bothered by noises from the nightclubs and bars right on the strip. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Great value for money in every way!

The hotel was very nice. It's close to the main strip but you could still not here any noise from outside. The pool was good, but there are not that many sunbeds so you have to be early. The food and the cocktails they served were really good. However the receptionist Koula was our favorite thing about this stay! She is so friendly and nice. I would return just to meet her again.

The breakfast buffet was nothing special. We only went to breakfast once during our 5 night stay, and did not like it that much. It didn't have much variety. Another thing I didn't like was how we only got 1 key to our room. My friend and I were traveling together and she wanted to stay out longer than me so I had to get the security guard to open the room for me cause my friend had the key. And I had to stay there without electricity cause you need the key to keep the electricity on.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dedalos Hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and ensured a smooth check-in process. The restaurant staff was attentive and eager to accommodate any dietary preferences. The hotel's location was also ideal, situated close to major attractions and public/private beach. Target of the guests is average 20/30 years old. I highly recommend Dedalos Hotel to anyone visiting Malia. It's a true gem that combines luxury, comfort, and impeccable service.

Hotel is very elegant and clean, we got fresh towels everyday. Pool is in an amazing outlook surrounded by palm trees. There were sunbeds for everyone, it was so relaxing. Breakfast was great, we could find everything, salty and sweet foods also, croissant is in the top3 most delicious croissant I have ever eaten. Staff were friendly and helpful, helped us with the airplane ticket printing, at night there was a security guy who guarded the place with respectful manner. Everything was great, definitely recommend this place!

In our room there was no kitchen room, but luckily we did not want to cook anything.

Very good location near all bars and restaurants but in a very calm street. There is completely no noise around the hotel, even not at the hotel bar. The hotel is modern and clean. The pool is very nice.

Even the breakfast is in general very good and sufficient it would be nice if the way how the eggs are prepared would have changed a bit.

Location of the property is very good. You can easily take a bus from Heraklion Airport to Malia. Then, hotel is in walking distance from the bus station.

Toilet in the pool area can be cleaned more often during day time.

I liked this hotel , ticks all the boxes great bed, excellent shower, decent Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast , nice friendly staff and the location is such that you’re central but not too central so it’s quiet. it’s a couple of minutes walk to the main strip and probably 10 minutes to the beach . there are as an issue with hot water the first day and morning but it was resolved quickly and the shower was worth the wait I had a great balcony with sea view definitely would recommend

Nice hotel, mostly young british tourists. Spacious room, decent breakfast. Location close to main street but not noisy.

The bathroom in our room needed some improvement (door would not close). The pool closed quite early (7pm).
