Stayed here for the second year running. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing is too difficult for Smaragda and her family and they will go out of their way for you. Will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful family run hotel. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave you are made to feel welcome. All the best restaurants are within walking distance. There is nothing bad to say. Can't wait to go back again next year.

I would first like to thank the family for an amazing stay. The sisters are the best ! Make you feel more than welcome and make you feel like your at home. The cleaner is lovely, Mom and dad lovely. Not a single fault I could say about this place. The room perfect wasn’t expecting it for the price should definitely consider updating the prices. Rooms are cleaned daily, anything you need just ask. For a solo traveler aged 20 I have never felt so safe in my life. Will most definitely be returning. Thank you guys for the stay. Would recommend to anyone.

The cleaning could have been better

The pool area was really good and relaxing. The hotel is near to the center so you can walk everywhere ( big supermarket is just 5 min away), but it is not noisy at all. The staff is really helpful and always in a good mood.

The kitchen could be a little bit more equipped.

Lovely view from the balcony, all facilities were clean including the communal pool. Great location - close to the centre of Malia but still quiet at night. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Had to pay extra for the aircon - was well worth it but wasn't aware of the additional cost before booking.

The staff we so beyond friendly, they went above and beyond for us. We unfortunately were Sick during the first part of our stay, and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were okay. The best place I have ever stayed.

the warm people of the staff. They were very kind and helpful for recommending some places. The location, for Malia is really good. a little walk to the beach, but outside the main party road, so not too much night noise.

We were very pleased because of the kind staff, swimming pool, the area, pool bar. Everything was excellent. We would love to come back!

The staff were lovely and the hotel itself was very sleek and modern. I was personally staying alone and it felt very safe. Also gorgeous balcony views
