Aircon perfect, bed comfortable, great location very close to restaurants and the main street. However, it was very peaceful of a nightime. The rooftop terrace was awesome, and i was able to see the best sunsets.The owner was lovely and very accommodating with my luggage and check out time. I would definitely stay here again as the service provided was amazing..

My only issue was that the shower water temp was on and off cold and hot, the drainage was slow, and the pressure was non-existent besides this it was a amazing stay and it really didn't affect my stay to much but would be great to get fixed.

Yiannis is a really good host. He fixes everything immediately whatever the problem is, and he is a really kind, fun and caring man, he only wishes that his guests are happy ❤️ The room is small, but has everything you need. The bed is amazing to sleep in, and the roof terrace is beautiful and quiet! The location was perfect. Far enough away from the nightlife so it's quiet at night, but close enough to be within walking distance to everything. The water in the shower is very unstable, both in terms of water pressure and temperature. It pays to shower at slightly unfavorable times when not everyone else is showering at the same time.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of Malia's old town, so you're close to everything but away from the loud bar street noises. The rooftop terrace was a highlight for us; it was the perfect spot to relax. We also appreciated the water station for refilling bottles and the option to make coffee. The owner is incredibly sweet and always ready to help with any questions. We loved our stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend!

The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. The facilities were good and the folk looking the building were helpful and friendly. They rooftop is really nice and the local restaurants and bars are amazingly.

Internet access can come under pressure when everyone is in the building, otherwise amazing place to stay.

Great communication with the hosts, very helpful and friendly, we received recommendations on where to park, what to visit. Very kind and open attitude, we felt really welcomed and taken care of. The location was clean, we had everything we needed there, right in the heart the lovely old town.

The room itself had plenty of room for storage / to unpack. The balcony overlooking the old village was really sweet , bathroom was light and really clean. The roof really is a lovely bonus, I managed to get work done from here so the internet has a solid connection too 😊

I loved the attention to detail, location and had a really lovely chic vibe to it. Considering I went peak summer it’s so tucked away you are no where near loud noises. Set beautifully in the old village.

The apartment was well equipped and met all my needs. Located in a quiet area of the Old town close to tavernas with delicious food. 15 minutes on foot from the beach. Giannis was very attentive to his guests and always available to assist us.

Enjoyed living in the old town of Malia close to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, the bakery and the beach. Our accommodation had access to an excellent roof terrace with great amenities for days when we wanted to do very little but be outside. Cleaning facilities are first class and our host was superb ready to help with recommendations, advice and information on Crete

There was nothing to dislike

We had an amazing time at this accommodation! The rooms are super clean, the beds are comfy, and the terrace is beautiful. Whenever we didn’t feel like going to the beach, we stayed there and relaxed in the jacuzzi. The host is the best host ever :)
