Location is great as its really peaceful and yet within easy walking distance of all and any action you want,beaches,bus stops,shops, clubs,bars and restaurants.The pool is immaculate,as are all the facilities within the apartment.I am not a young person but am quite active so this is great.This place is civilised and genteel it is great for families and proper people,it is not recommended for 'rowdies' or anyone with 'attitude' and inconsideration of others.

Maybe a bigger bowl for the washing up.

The location was great, the host was super lovely, the apartment was spacious, it had everything you needed to keep food and cook it. The balcony was nice. The bathroom was very clean and nice

There were no sponges or towels for the kitchen. The AC didn’t work, we couldn’t find the remote for it either. The beds were a little hard but not unbearable. Do not disturb signs for the rooms- we had the door locked and the housekeeper came by for room service which was very lovely but we declined, they then continued to try the door, unlocked it anyway whilst my friend was getting changed…..not ideal.

Absolutely amazing hotel . Location near strip and beach .Hotel was lovely with chill atmosphere with amazing family feel . Katherine that working there is amazing,nice and really helpful.Rooms and swimming pool area cleaned daily .There is security at night so hotel feel safe .Food really tasty and good for a value .Always beds at swimming pool area available.

Great hotel .

It’s not far away from the clubs and the beach, but far enough to have tranquility. Good location and if you’re traveling as a couple it’s super günstig. And the personal is really nice.

You can imagine how nice this place is, if the only thing was that the doors were loud and the shower curtains short.

The manager is very nice and helpful and the property is beautiful. The pool is great and the pool bar serves reasonably priced delicious dinners. There are also good nearby restaurants. It is a 15 minute drive from the Malia archaeological site (stunning— we preferred it to Knossos) and it was 50 minutes to Knossos, in our opinion preferable to the shorter drive from Heraklion.

We always prefer secure on site parking. The back lane parking felt safe, but it’s on a first come basis. We never had a problem, but at some times it might be difficult to find a spot there. There is also a nearby municipal parking lot and this small town felt very safe.

Personnel is amazing! The place is comfortable, clean, we had amazing time here! I wish to come back to you.

It would be better to have more plates, but we haven't asked for it, our bad. Cleaning every day might be too often imo. But those are details.

Ideal location, very close to the old town and the main bar street (within 5 minute walk to both). Very quiet and relaxing pool area. Pool bar serves a variety of snacks and meals all freshly prepared. Staff are lovely and friendly. Rooms spacious and clean.

Breakfast and location are great,as is the pool and there was wonderful mix of nationalities.

Nothing it is truly one of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed.
