The property was gorgeous, and had absolutely everything that was needed. The location is ideal with a 10 minute walk to the strip, the staff were also fantastic. Will 100% return 😊

I loved everything about the property, it was super safe with a security guard present all night, this was great except past 11pm we were told we couldn’t be on our balconies due to it being a residential area, this is fine but it was not disclosed that there was any sort of curfew. This is very minor though and has not put any bad experiences from our week! We will most certainly return!

This is my second time here in 5 years, in this time they’ve kept up the excellent standard. Both times I’ve just come on my own for a quiet relaxed holiday beginning of June and September to enjoy the beach and the restaurants in the old town. I find all of the staff at Natali just amazing and Danai is just so accommodating and always goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy. The flat I had both times was spacious and everything was functional. Beds are super comfy too in case you’re wondering. Love the decor and pool facilities are fantastic. A definite 5 star from me ✨ ✨✨✨✨

It’s really nice and modern, stilish furnitures, comfortable beds. The ladies were really nice, either at the check in and at the breakfast! The pool area is fantastic. Really clean common areas.

The fridge was old, they should change it a new one, because the freezer does not work properly. There is one AC, it’s in the bedroom, and it has a capacity to cool only the bedroom, so there was really hot in the kitchen area.

Perfect vibe. Pool , bar, amazing rooms, always clean. Every day new towels, cleaned, ready to enjoy. Perfect.

It is a bit far from the beach but cure walk. Drunk and high British teenagers are too much for anyone with little brain so i will skip Malia in the future. No ac in living room and barely cooling the bedroom but not worth mentioning if its two people only. More people would fry in the living room without ac

We enjoyed and loved every hour spent here. The professional attitude and high level that these people maintain in all business segments made our stay more than pleasant. The hygiene is at the highest level, the food and the pool bar are excellent. The rooms are beautiful. Thank you and see you again

Y second time here highly recommended good stuff private family hosting and verry good service room clean and good pool close to village center and to the beaches and good restaurants and to the malia main road they have a parking area walking distance so no problem

There was only one AC for the whole apartment if you’re sharing so had to keep doors open for air flow. It was okay temperature but sometimes a little uncomfortable to sleep but really wasn’t bad

If you arrive at Heraklion Airport the apartments are only a 30 Minute drive. We loved our 4 nights-stay, the staff is amazing and provides excellent hospitality and service. I couldn't imagine a better breakfast. If you want, you can book a massage at the reception, which I would recommend to everyone. The apartments is very clean and well equipped. The old town is a 10 Minute walk away.

Everything was perfect.

Very nice suite on top of the Appartement building. Huge terrace plus balcony overlooking pool and village. Good sized pool.. perfect for swimming in the morning. Very helpful and friendly host. Thanks to all the team there !!

Some more cooking utilities would be nice.
