Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything was perfect. Food was great in the pool snack bar. Pool is clean and water was warm. Plenty of parking space. Perfect place to spend your holiday, gonna visit again soon 👋 Highly recommend it to everyone!

Everything was great.

They cleaned our apartment the next day, and changed the towels. They cleaned the apartment every 3 days after the the second day. We were so happy with the place that we extended our stay for a further 5 nights, from the 20th of May, until the 25th of May. The property is maintained constantly. The pool is large, and one of the best pools that I have used. The sun decks are made from a comfortable leather type of material, and are extremely comfortable. The apartment is well equipped. Fridge, cooker, extractor, air conditioning, tv, cutlery, plates, cookware, etc. The outdoor area is very well maintained. The cleaner does a good job of cleaning the floors inside the apartments. The bedding is changed every 3 days. There are blankets in the wardrobe if it is cold at night. The beach is not too far. It is a nice walk to the multiple beaches in Malia. There are two supermarkets that are a few hundred metres away from the hotel. There is an excellent choice of restaurants and bars in Malia, that are modern, and on trend.

For my purposes, the location of the hotel was excellent. It offered a secluded atmosphere, yet it was just a few minutes' walk to the tourist town, the sea, the supermarket, and the bus stop. A delicious breakfast was served to the table upon request. I especially enjoyed the refreshing swimming pool.

Here are a few suggestions for improvement: In-room bathroom doors: While the hotel offers a functional environment, including a lock on the bathroom door would enhance guest privacy. Kitchen amenities: the hotel offers in-room kitchenettes, including a sink is a valuable addition. Fixing a tap with cold water would be a plus Breakfast options: Expanding the breakfast variety or offering a few hot options would further elevate the breakfast experience for guests.

What a fantastic find these apartments were, in a nice quiet area, but within a short walk to the bars, tavernas, beaches, shops and the old town of Malia. Katerina and Manolis were great hosts, always helpful, and gave us a lot of information about places to go. Lovely relaxing pool area, where you can get a nice breakfast and food and drinks all day. Our apartment had a terrace overlooking the pool. It was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, TV, safe and fully equipped kitchen area. Parking is also available. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend these apartments.

I wished we could have stayed longer.

Great location, 5-10 mins walk from the Old town and the top of the main strip. Easy to walk to Potamos Beach or to Stalis if you dont mind a bit of a walk. Very generous size room and beds. And Balcony was huge bigger than some flats. Lovely quiet area on a night but well lit up area. Pool lovely and clean and even had it all to myself pn occasions. Staff are lovely and friendly and not forgetting Pedro who comes around wagging his tail for a fuss by the pool.

Got an amazing value for money last minute deal here. The staff is friendly, the pool is great. The location is perfect within a few minutes walk of both the old town and the new town. The room was clean and AC worked perfectly. Check out was at 11 but I could leave my luggage and could also still use the pool and shower which was very nice gesture! Internet connection was decent.

TV was absolutely tiny, bad smell coming from bathroom. 4 euros for a small beer by the pool is more expensive than even the super touristy beach bars, it was served ice cold with a chilled glass though so the service was good!

My wife stayed here recently and was very impressed with the standard of accommodation.It was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, bright and new.Staff were exceptionally helpful.She liked the location,near to the centre,and felt very secure.She particularly liked the swimming pool which unusually she used.Spent most of evening on the large patio overlooking the pool.As I mentioned in my previous review this place is a little gem.

Despite its unassuming appearance and location this hotel was excellent.Staff at reception were welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful.The standard of accommodation was very good,the decor was very pleasant and the pool area very attractive.I stayed there an extra 3 days.Location very close to town centre and all facilities.

Very nice studio ,huge bed very comfortable. Basic kitchen area but that's absolutely fine for what we wanted. Very clean . Room service everyday . Plenty of bedding and towels , complimentary shower gel and soap . Two balconies,very nice . Very quiet location , close to all the shops restaurants and old town etc . Busses are frequent . Lovely 👍

Quite and intimate family hotel in the centre of Malia. Walk distance from the main street, supermarket and restaurants. Clean, beautiful with kitchen equipment rooms and the hospitality of the owners is remarkable. Snack bar near the pool with cool/hot and alcoholic drinks and food. Free parking all day long. The pool was great and clean. We will definitely come again.
