Could improve furniture facilities.

The staff were so lovely and made us all feel very welcome! The pool was very clean and the location was beyond amazing! Perfect for us group of girls wanting to go out on the strip or for dinner in Malia Old Town. The staff were also great in helping to organise our taxis to and from the airport as well as bus transfer into Heraklion.

We had a few left over pieces of rubbish when we arrived to our room, such as in the bin, but it didn’t really bother us due to the value for money!

A perfect stay at Malia Ilios Resort! We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Special mention to the bar — the cocktails were amazing and the staff super friendly, creating a great atmosphere every evening. The pool was absolutely beautiful, always clean and perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. An ideal spot for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice, well-looked after hotel right on the Malia strip. Room was not flashy but met our needs, included a small outside area/balcony. Restaurant on site. Pool was small but ample for the size of the hotel and no of guests. Lovely, very helpful staff who all speak English.

Food quality at the on-site restaurant was not great and not great value for money.

The location was good, right in the heart of the Malia strip, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the proximity to the supermarket was highly convenient for daily needs. The owners were so friendly and helpful recommended places we should go to always asked us if we needed anything when we go there she said our room was just getting cleaned as the cleaner was on her own which was fair enough men and my wife thought we would buy a drink at the bar and the lady in charge was like that's on us enjoy. Then within 15 minutes our room was ready lovely an clean don't believe all the comments about things being stolen there are large groups of young people that go and i think this is were stuff goes missing between them, the owners are very nice and trusting people go absolutely out of there way to ask if you need anything we even left our balcony open at night and went out with our belongings in the room and nothing went missing we used the pool on the last day was very clean and enjoyable. Our room had complimentary air conditioning which worked very well. Would definitely stay there again

The only thing we didn't like is the beds we're 2 singles pushed together and one was higher than the other other than that they were comfortable

The room was extremely clean and the staff especially Maria was really sweet and helpful.

Some free toiletries like soap/shampoo would have been nice. However considering the rest of the amenities this was a minor thing. Supermarket is very close by and we bought everything we needed from there.

OMG staff was so nice and helpful, thank you Maria and Anna ❤️. The location is great, close to all grocery stores, entertainment venues, the beach and restaurants. The hotel is by the main street, but you hardly hear any noise from entertainment venues unless you go out on the balcony and listen for it. the pool and area awesome...will book again for next trip.

The place is situated in an excellent location right in the heart of things. Would recommend to my friends. Price was really good and we stayed there for 3 days. It's a bit old when it comes to design wise but still perfect for a family vacation. Everywhere was clean and it was very spacious.

There is no lift so ideally if you have heavy luggage you take a bottom floor as we had to carry heavy luggage about 3 floors up. Parking is available on site but very limited to about 3 cars but we were always very lucky and managed to have a space available. There wasn't an ac in every room so we left the door open to be able to reach 2 rooms so it was hard to cool the rooms.

Everything was excellent, the rooms, the pool, the bar, the food and drinks, and suitable for families as well, and the best of all is the hotel team, they are very understanding and very nice, and you can talk to them about everything you want, and cleanliness is very important to us, and we got it from without any complaint. In fact everything was just perfect and we will be back next year for sure.And we will not forget the ideal location of the hotel because in fact you will not get a hotel with all those privileges for this price. Thanks to everyone there it was an unforgettable vacation. I love you all.
