Really nice rooms that were clean, comfortable and modern as well as comfy beds. Really relaxing pool area with plenty of sun beds and a reasonably priced bar with lots of great options. Majority of staff super friendly and helpful. Located just off the strip in the old town is a nice break from the bustling areas.

A few issues with staff members being annoyed at noise levels from our group after 9pm, but felt this was a strange and unnecessarily aggressive stance to take considering a group booking of 12 was allowed and due to the fact the property is located in the heart of Malia, a renowned party town. Also one instance of members of our group being refused entry back to the property in the evening by security refusing to believe they actually stayed there, also odd.

Lovely large apartment, very clean, excellent location on the outskirts of the old town near lots of lovely restaurants. Also, very close to the "Strip" where there are many night clubs, but far enough away not to be disturbed by music or noise. Pool area excellent, never any shortage of sunbeds, lovely pool bar serving food and drinks. Family run establishment, very friendly and helpful. Would like to return again later this year.

A small point, cushions on the sofa in the lounge would be good, plus cushions for the sunbeds. No TV in the apartment, although we were aware of that before we booked, it would have been nice to have one.

We really liked staying at Melissa Apartments! The room was really big, with a smart TV which we used to connect to Netflix, it was cleaned every day. The owners of the place were very nice, constantly checked our needs, and helped us with every question we had. It has a preety large pool, billiard table and tasty meals. About 20 minutes from the beach. We will defenetlly come back there as, we all, the adults and the children really enjoyed there!

Made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Rooms exceptionally clean and tidy. Pool area clean. Property so quiet but also only a 5 minute walk to the lively strip. Set in Old town Malia with lots of lovely restaurants all within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!

Some aspects of the accommodation could benefit from upgrading - however this would not prevent me from visiting again.

I was a Holiday Rep back in the day and this was always a favourite place to drop off and pick people up because they’d always had a great time and had no complaints. 31 years later, nothing has changed. Good basic accomodation, spotlessly clean, plenty of hot water, great location, peaceful and friendly staff too 👍

After spending a week in Malia, we decided to extend our stay on this beautiful island and booked two nights at this hotel. We booked at 11am for the same day and 20 minutes later we were at the front desk. Due to our last minute booking, and our arrival well in advance, they were unaware of our arrival. They asked us to wait at the bar and offered us a drink and didn't want us to pay and in the meantime they cleaned our room in record time. After about 40/45 minutes they showed us the room and surprise, they gave us a free upgrade offering us their best room, that ended up being an apartment that was new, modern, with all the comforts, very spacious bathroom, hob, kitchen sink, washing up liquid, pan sets, air conditioner and all the furnitures were brand-new and super clean.This made our stay in Malia even better! Oh and the staff were fantastic. Kind, sensible and very welcoming. They seem to have special powers when it comes to figure out when someone wants to talk or is just too tired for it. Thanks Melissa! :)

Apart from the excellent host and the the cleanliness of the place, we liked the location, which was just a 4 or 5 minute walk to the main busy and noisy street in Malia, yet it was on the edge of the lovely and quiet Old Malia

Hard pressed to say anything bad about this property, so the comment that follows is really only a very minor dislike... Four of us stayed in the family room which would benefit from one or two additional electrical sockets for people to charge their personal electronic gadgets. For example, the main bedroom (for two people) only had one socket which my wife and I had to share to charge our phones overnight.

Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Location was near enough that we could walk to the main street with all the shops, yet we were far enough that we were not affected by the noise from the bars. A lot of excellent restaurants nearby. Service at the bar is excellent and the food and drinks are delicious. The whole family really loved this place.

Really enjoyed our stay, perfect location and lovely family! They were super helpful in making sure we enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!
