The room with the sea view and own balcony is awesome. Location is perfect next to the sea and in the middle of the village. Rooms are nicely decorated.

Breakfast is very slow. At the room it says it starts at 8.30 but actually it starts at 9. It took nearly 30 minutes to get it served. Last morning we said we are in hurry to get to the airport and managed to get a some of the breakfast before 9.30 but didn’t get any tea nor eggs. Other days we were not in a hurry so we waited patiently. But if you plan to go to city centre before weather gets too hot or do other activities, skip the breakfast. This was my third time at this hotel and breakfast was slower than before. Earlier times I could choose coffee instead of tea, now the coffee was charged.

From the moment you arrive until you leave, the manager ensures you have a lovely and tranquil stay. The property has a great eye for detail with lots of small touches that really make the place special. The building is bang in the center on the main front and apart from the steps, you are always close to the shore and the activities around the area. The view especially from the main breakfast terrace is beautiful and you never feel rushed. The team were extremely helpful from food, drinks, to helping out on whatever was needed. Highly recommended if staying in Gümüslük.

If coming by car you need to park in the correct car park as otherwise you will get charged. You need to walk a 100 meters to the property and there are stairs to the first level leading to the rooms and further up the main bar, restaurant and common area.

The hotel is located perfectly by the small harbour in Gümüşlük and the view from the balcony is very pretty. The room we stayed in was small but clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast served on the Teras restaurant was delicious, and the view from there was unbeatable. The food at the restaurant was actually so good we enjoyed both lunch and dinner there as well. We received such a warm welcome from Defne and Yasemine who made sure we had everything we needed, provided recommendations about the area and even accommodated our request for a late check out. Although some of the other staff could not speak English, they were all very service minded and kind.

We were woken up in the very early morning one day due to the alarm malfunctioning, which took some time to fix. Although it was otherwise very quiet during our stay, expect some noise during high season since the rooms are located on the first floor and the main tourist street is right outside.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location is ideal—peaceful and away from the crowds, yet just a short taxi ride to all the main attractions in Bodrum. The husband and wife who own the hotel were incredibly kind and hospitable. Knowing we had an early flight, they thoughtfully prepared sandwiches for us so we wouldn't leave hungry. They even sent us a WhatsApp message with local tips and a list of things to do in the area. I truly can't recommend this place enough—it's a solid 20/10!

Everything was Great down to the staff, rooms were clean

From the moment I landed, Yasemin reached out to me on WhatsApp, provided all the necessary details, and after a few messages and calls, I was informed that the hotel had availability. To my surprise, they upgraded me to a sea-view room with a balcony, saying I would be more comfortable there—without me even requesting it! I had originally booked a standard room, so this was such a thoughtful gesture. Throughout my stay, the internet speed was excellent, allowing me to work efficiently, and in between, I enjoyed the breathtaking views of Gümüşlük. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. They were all friendly and provided exceptional service. Choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions I made! If I return, I will definitely stay here again. I had a truly enjoyable two days—thank you to all the wonderful hotel staff!

We loved our stay at the Liman Hotel. Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable and we had a small balcony where we could sit and enjoy the lovely harbor view. One day we took a walk to the small mountain above the harbor. The views on our walk were stunning. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and the dining room has beautiful views and the ceiling even opens to enjoy blue skies and glorious weather. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. We highly recommend the Liman and this charming small fishing village.

Perfect location by the sea where you can watch the Harbour and the fishing boats coming and going ... but make sure you book a room on the Harbour-side with a balcony. Excellent (optional) breakfast. Comfortable clean quiet medium sized rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not a dislike but be aware that the hotel has no recreation facilities or common areas other than the restaurant above the rooms. Climbing stairs to the rooms was not a problem for us but may be a challenge for some.

My experience was very pleasant. The hotel is clean, the room had a beautiful view, and it was spacious with lovely décor. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help, which made it a very positive experience. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, and the highlight for me was the salmon pasta – 10/10.

The only inconvenience was on the first night, when the neighborhood was a bit noisy during the night, but that’s not really a problem with the hotel itself. Maybe they could consider improving the window insulation.

Liman Hotel was the perfect location in this small, peaceful fishing town. It is situated in front of the main jetty with spectacular views across the harbour. However, best of all, were the incredible staff led by Yasemin and her husband. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Their hospitality, support and friendliness were exceptional. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. Definitely the best place to stay in this gorgeous town.
