Everything about the hotel,location,facilities,staff,the room amd food. The room was huge and spacious beyond my expectation. The ceiling to floor window concept and see through glass door bath room where you can see the bath tub from your bed. Complete ammenities with mini fridge a kitchen sink,pair of sleeper and touch screen control pannel where you can control everything in one place. Huge and comfy bed with very fluffy pillow. Higher floor where you can see the landscape of rawa buntu and BSD area.... I Feel homie and almost don't want to go . They have a cool jacuzzy too and infinitti pool and also eqquiped gym on the 16 floor. The staff was excellent very friendly hospitality service. The view was amazing especially during night time. Hotel also close to street food option just behind the building. The hotel it self seem new everything was in working condition and in perfect order.

Very selected food option whether inroom dinning or breakfast food selection. The towel are torn and bit stain on the pillow case. Hopefully they will looking into.

The breakfast was great! Loved their food and cooking. They had tons of options from rice to soups, juices, chips, cooked chicken curry, pasta, a lot of fried delicacies, cereals, fresh fruits, eggs, milk, muffins, yogurt, bread pudding, waffles, bread, pancakes, etc. One night we were surprised by some complimentary cakes with our order - which made our day. Housekeeping is also very good, whatever we requested they were prompt to act upon. The service was great. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and thanks God the front desk people understand English!

The staff should have interpreter services available to English speaking guests. It is sometimes very difficult to communicate with them. I had to translate from Google and then order food in the restaurant. Also, every time the car enters the hotel lobby, there is a 5000 IDR parking charge - which is not fair to the guests. There was everything else but no lotion in the bathroom.

The views from hotel's rooms, the staff are relly helpful & friendly and the location-easy to reach other parts of Jakarta via nearby highway

No separation area for smokers & non-smokers on terrace during breakfast hours, lack of pantry tools (no spoons/stirring sticks) for coffee & tea available in the room, no small plates for cup, no glass cup for tea (only ceramic mugs available) and the lobby bit too small for meet up.

The staff were very polite and helpful, always eager to help me. The hotel is beautiful, very convenient, well located, and close to a shopping center. The food was really good; however, for western travelers, there is not much more variety, especially in the breakfasts. I missed some options for getting a sandwich for breakfast, yet the food was very good, with a great variety of Asian and Indonesian meals.

I liked pretty much everything.

Too bad about the foods though, they lacked taste and flavor. Services from the staff were also second rated. My company had a national meeting in the ballroom, and during the first day, the projector had malfunction twice and no staff were available.

The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The beds were comfortable and luxurious. There was decent storage for a longer stay. The breakfast was incredible! The staff were all friendly.

The shower had windows into the room, which was a bit awkward if you are not a couple. There were blinds but it didn’t feel very private. Frosted glass might work better. While we could not hear any street noise, we heard everything in the hallway. It was more an issue of inconsiderate guests.

The view was good. Outdoor sitting all over was great Housekeeping is amazing They have great promotions everyday but they are gone unnoticed sometimes. Zulfikar at the pool area, Devi at the reception was very helpful

I like all but couple of recommendations. Breakfast could be better. Almost everything everyday the same. A little bit pricey for room service. I wish more English speaking personnel

It was a wonderful experience. Staff very friendly and welcoming, very clean, hotel looks amazing, I am not a big fan of breakfast but in my opinion that choice was excellent. For me the location was very good, there is a small mall and lots of different cafes nearby. Definitely worth the money.

Because there were a lot of guests in the hotel we sometimes had to wait a little longer for the lift, but it wasn’t too bad

This was a comfy hotel with a beautiful pool and workout room. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were impeccable clean. Nice shower with good water pressure. The wifi was good. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was substantial. Very friendly staff too. Highly recommend.

Would have preferred an extra key card.

The staff were efficient, the breakfast was good, the gym was well set up (they needed to ensure they maintained equipment), and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows wonderful. This is a good space, and next time I'm back, I would happily stay here.

No where decent for a drink. The 16th floor has so much potential, and I get that Indonesia isn't so keen on alcohol but this facility could do with a wine/cigar space.... especially on level 16
