I really liked how well-maintained and clean the property was. The space felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The layout was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a good balance between open areas and private spaces. I also appreciated the quiet surroundings and the convenient location — close to everything I needed, yet peaceful enough to relax. Overall, it had a great atmosphere that made it feel like home.

The only downside was the noise from the room above us. It was noticeable at times, especially during the evenings, and made it a bit harder to fully relax. While the property itself was lovely, some additional soundproofing would really improve the overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The entire place was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a luxurious feel throughout. The family rooms great—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Another great advantage is the location— close to the airport and Optimum, a big shopping mall, is within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay!

Well kept comfortable family room , plenty big for us with 3 beds .Hotel is in lovely condition and very conveniently located near the airport. Would recommend if like us the arrival flight was very late and didn't fancy a long taxi ride after midnight. After a breakfast ( eggs, continental & Turkish available) took an hour out to go to massive shopping center just 5 min walk away before being collected for onward journey to Kusadasi before lunch , arriving well relaxed and able to appreciate the views during the day on the journey

Wonderful staff and service! Really nice large room with a GREAT shower and comfortable bed... love having lots of pillows! Grocery store next door and about a 10 minute walk to a big mall with restaurants. It was a convenient place to stay for a guided day trip to Ephesus and then a flight home from the İzmir airport (easy, fast, and inexpensive taxi ride to the airport).

This is not the hotel's fault but just noting for fellow travelers that, unlike Istanbul and Antalya, the metro at the airport requires Turkish lira and the machines to buy the metro tickets are not well functioning. So we took a taxi to the hotel (but not expensive.) The location of the hotel, while convenient for the airport and tours, is on a busy 4 lane highway so if that sound bothers you this may not be a good fit. Also, (not the hotel's fault) but you can't drink the tap water in Turkey so you have to keep getting the complimentary water bottles from the staff.

Rooms were so spacious and very clean Food at breakfast buffet was nice Plenty of parking lots inside the hotel area Staff were friendly and helping especially the room cleaners Location is close to Izmir airport and very near to optimum mall and so many other outlets

The gym, spa, hamam and swimming pool timing it opens at 12 noon which I find it late additional to that on Sunday it is completely closed The pool is so small

Spacious room, the restaurant and breakfast are awesome, great location 10’ to Adnan Menderes airport, parking lot is available, clean, the staffs are helpful and polite

Minor: just for improvement in bathroom only provided 1 small shampoo, conditioner and gel bath is not enough for family (3 persons).

The staff at the reception were very client oriented and spoke good English. A spacious upgraded room with the best shower we have had (4 hotels)! There was a very good sauna although the pool was very small. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket, very convenient. The rolls were very fresh and crusty. Finally, very close to the airport, convenient for an early flight.

The towels in the sauna area were old and didn’t match the quality of hotel towels.

It's a pretty standard hotel, clean, comfortable. The food was good, both breakfast and a la carte for dinner was delicious.

Common spaces smelled a bit of a cigarette smoke, which for me as a non-smoker was off-putting. The room had no smell though.

The restaurant and the service were perfect. The staff was nice, helpful and very friendly. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport, perfect location if you are looking for a place close by.

The junior suite was really big, very comfortable bed and staff very polite and professional.

The price is a bit high for Turkey, especially by not being in the centre but close to the airport.
