Very clean and well kept. The 4th floor room was not very big, but quite comfortable due to the big balcony and spacious bathroom. All worked fine. The breakfast - typical for Turkish hotels: eggs, vegetables, bread, olives, tea and coffee - good enough. The location is rather specific. I cannot say how convenient is to get to the city center or touristic sites, since our destination was Balcova termal springs, which is 15 minutes by car from there. We travelled by car and were choosing between hotels with parking available. This hotel has their own underground parking, as well as they can hold a clot for your car in the street. The balcony view is fascinating - see the picture attached. The neighborhood is rather live with many cafes and groceries around,

Nothing special. Just keep in mind, that this part of the city is a steep mountainside, so if you walk towards the sea, elevation is rather significant. A very big hospital is nearby, but it does not make any trouble (we heard an ambulance car just once thru all of our 3 days stay)

My suggestion is to renovate the bathroom and make it more clean. Also I suggest, since the world are more into healthy kind of living, instead of so many packaged product, 3 4 natural product can make the visitors more happy. The stuff was amazing. Helpful. And hardworker.

The abi who worked at the reception was very nice, offered us breakfast before even checking in. Let us leave our baggage before check in and after checkout. Let us in earlier into our rooms. Whatever we asked for he provided and even more.

A lovely stay. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. For the price, this hotel is definitely value for money. I would recommend getting a taxi to the hotel as the hotel is up a steep hill which would not be great if you had to lug baggage up there. There is also a taxi rank very close by when you are heading out and about which is great.

As mentioned by other guests, the breakfast is very basic. However, for the price of the stay, it is sufficient. Having one or two cups in the room would have been nice.

The hotel was completely clean and tidy, the behavior of the staff and the breakfast were excellent. The elevator made it easy to access the floors. Location and access to cafe and supermarket was good.

The staff is more than amazing. Of course they don't speak English so if you don't know Turkish just use Google translate. Whatever you ask they will help you with. The rooms are clean, the lobby is comfortable and refreshing. It's a bit far from city center but it's ok. You have bus stations and metro nearby. Don't be surprised about the location it's all up hill, but you can use taxi it's so cheap. There are apps for everything. There are few coffee shops nearby which work all night. The small problem is the internet which isn't strong or it just disappears. All in all it's worth the money. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will not regret.

The room was spacious and could comfortably fit four adults. The staff was helpful and friendly.

There is a full kitchen yet hardly any basic utensils or cooking pots and pans. We had to move our car every morning as it was always blocking someone having to leave from the garage.

People of the hotel! Very kind! Clean rooms, good breakfast, do not expect something specoal but think that the price is a big advance! The neighbour has a lot of small magazines . Free Parking

It is difficult to approach there! You need.car or a taxi! You need a lot of time to park out your car although the staff helps you!

It's humble and cheap. It is cheaper than what it's worth but it is obviously not a premium experience. The view from my room was amazing!

Breakfast was not that great but it was included. Th fridge in the room was a bit loud and someone was smoking on their bathroom and the smell was coming through the vents.

we should eat the same everyday. there was not any variations in breakfast.
