Very good location. Everything look new and with style. Near waterfront full of restaurants and good views. Loft room is incredible. Very good breakfast. Valet parking.

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean apartment/hotel. The bed was very comfortable, beautiful living room and toilet. Many closet to organize your clothes. Perfect location. Located only 10 minutes walking from the seaside town and to the market. Around 1h by car far from Efesu site. The car parking is inside the building and managed from the staff. The breakfast was super good, with a lot of different choices.

The apartment has the kitchen but it wasn't working and no tools, not even a spoon for the tea. When busy during the breakfast time, the space seems not enough for all the customers. But overall it was OK.

Breakfast options needed more range, options were very basic. We arrived ‘late’ for breakfast around 10am (the day after our flight)and there was almost no food left-not even bread. Staff said that’s all there was. No plates in apartments -made it difficult to heat food in microwave. Felt the lobby was very small. Felt a bit misled by booking.com -I’ve never been to Izmir before. When I ordered my ‘closest to beach’ this cropped up as an option. What I didn’t realise was that this is NOT near a beach, it’s near a waterfront without beach access.

There is very good equipped kitchen but there is no any tableware. Why do you need kitchen with dishwasher if you do not have dishes? :)

The hotel is located in a very quiet area and close to everything. You can walk 50 meters to the tram stop. And everywhere was full of shops and cafes-restaurants. The room we stayed in was great. The seafront is a 5-10 minute walk.

There was almost no room service. They didn't clean the room or change the towels in the bathroom. We went to the reception 3-4 times to complain, but it didn't help. The reception staff changed every 3-4 hours, which was very strange. There was almost no breakfast. The breakfast area was very small considering the size of the hotel. A maximum of 5-6 families could eat there. No matter how comfortable the hotel itself is, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone because of the service provided (or rather, the lack of service provided).

As a solo traveller there was constantly someone downstairs at the front desk, they had a what’s app number that constantly answered any questions and inquiries I had, it felt like home there was a nice chair in the room as well as a tv, 2 stools, kitchen, fridge, and room service on your demand. Area was 10 minute walk to the water, 10-15 to the bazaar, food places everywhere, easy access to convenience stores which sold cigarettes, alcahol, water, snacks, juice etc. The hotel also always restocked your water when you got room service, the hotel also has a cafe that you can order food from to your door or go dine in.

Only issue I would say was there was a kitchen and stove but no pots, kitchen utensils and what not but that’s fine.

The rooms are spotless and spacious and exactly what I was looking for. It's quiet and lovely view rooms with full equipment and many cupboards to place clothes. Will stay for my other visits as well in the same hotel.

The hotel rooms, location and staff, of course, were very kind and helpful. I did reach Izmir with retard and the hotel staff changed my booking accordingly without any extra. Any information on the reception desk you can get easily.

It was excellent with very helpfulm staff. A few things went wrong. Booking procedure, room allocation. I had to fix the Shower door...easy and quick. The seal was misplaced. Internet was unstable. The hotel and facilities are brand new and teething problems are to be expected. This was GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY and wonderfull helpfull staff. I wish them only success

My hotel room was lovely, plenty of room and very clean. It did have cooking facilities but no cooking equipment if you did want to cook. Traditional Turkish breakfast. Air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area which was needed for the 40 degrees days we had whilst I was there. It is hidden down a little back street, but not too far from the main attractions which you could walk comfortably to.

My room was close to the lift well so a bit of noice from that during the night.

The hotel is close to cafes, shops, and the waterfront—perfect for exploring on foot. It’s also a popular spot for medical tourism, so don’t be surprised to see many guests recovering from procedures. Most are just resting and keeping to themselves, which adds a calm, quiet feel to the place. A good stay overall, especially if you want convenience and comfort at a fair price.
