Room lighting especially in the bathroom for shaving, very poor. Very poor fruit salad at breakfast

It is not really 4*, but it has it all: Friendly staff, clean rooms, a nice breakfast where you can order your eggs, a good venue, and complimentary water.

Windows on the road don't stop all the noise, still, the sleep is good. The mini bar was empty.

I was travelling alone and had a really pleasant stay. The hotel was excellent—my room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated in a calm, neutral style. I especially appreciated the separate seating area, which gave the room an even more open feel. The staff were very helpful and responsive. I had some dry cleaning done, and it was returned quickly and efficiently. The bed was comfortable, the ensuite bathroom was clean and well-equipped, and the hallway outside my room was quiet throughout my stay. Although I don’t usually eat breakfast, so I didn’t check out what was on offer, everything else about the hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s in a great central location, just a 5 to 8-minute walk to the sea front, with several good local restaurants nearby. I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, I had no complaints and would definitely stay there again. Even though I was travelling alone, I think it would also be a great choice for families.

I genuinely had NO complaints at all, everything about my stay was truly satisfactory.

The location is amazing. Access to a lot of restaurants, shops nearby. You can walk to attractions like Izmir clock tower, old mosques, kemeralti bazaar etc. The staff are helpful.

Good location to visit the city. Hotel was clean and tidy, with attentive staff.

room was located on first floor, above what seemed to be staff location for meeting and smoking, so smoke drifted into room, and was quite nosiy on occaision. Breakfast could have included more cereal choice other than plain corn flakes, or chocolate pops. (I rather have some muesli)

When we reached to reception they refused to provide us room, asking payment again, as payment was already done through booking.com. They could not sort this issue till we provided guarantee payment again, then they provided rooms, as this was happened first time with us, as amount was paid and they were saying its not paid even we provided proof showing amount is paid

Nice spacious comfortable rooms with French doors that open fully to allow fresh air in - a rarity in Izmir! Friendly helpful staff throughout the various departments. Breakfast was plentiful with reasonable choice although the tea was grim so a tip is bring your own tea bags to use in the room if you want a decent cuppa 🤣 (rooms have kettles and fridges).

The fact that the outdoor pool and bar was shut for renovation and there was no info on this on the hotel website at all - pretty annoying given this was our main reason for booking this hotel. There were cheaper hotels available but we paid more to have an outdoor pool facility - which we didn't get 🤬

The location is strategic near Tram and Bus. Its very near with the tourist attractions in Izmir.
