The hotel is just a short distance from the heart of Izmir, making it incredibly convenient. I was impressed by how clean the rooms were and how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff was throughout my stay. The open buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations. A lovely surprise was that we were upgraded to a better room at no extra charge.

In the morning, I noticed that there was no water running from the tap. When I inquired about the situation, I was informed that there was a general issue affecting the hotel area, and their water reserve tanks were completely empty. While I understand that problems can arise, it seems essential that they consider upgrading to larger water tanks to prevent such incidents in the future. This is necessary to ensure guests have a reliable supply of water at all times.

The staff is very nice & attentive! The quality of the room was acceptable, beds are comfortable & conditioner works good. Breakfasts are good.

The shower in my room had some issues (the drain is located on the opposite side of the water flow, so the water could never gone)

The staff were very kindly and helpful, the breakfast is made with plenty of salty or sugar things; The bread were good; Thanks to the AC and the liter, i had sleep well during my trip.

There were no window, and this was difficult to park there, the festival at kulutur park didn't help(but you can ask the staff to help you)

The two guys at the receptions were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very confortable.

There was no window in our room which make it too warm and dark. The shower gel supplier was broken, even After we asked to the maid to replace.

The hotel is clean and renovated . The location is very good and close to public transportation. It is walking distance for many attractions in Izmir.

It was a great experience for me from start to finish. The location is wonderful, very central. The breakfast is quite successful compared to a hotel breakfast. The employees are friendly and very attentive.

It was a great experience for me. The employees were respectful and helpful. The hotel rooms were much more modern than most hotels. The breakfast variety was amazing.
