- The hotel is well located, 6 minutes walking by a M1 metro station, and near the bazar. Generally, the zone is not dangerous, but it is very dirty during nights. Finally, this is Turkey, no offence. - I stayed for 3 nights in room 108, recently renovated, clean, disposable sleppers, white bedsheets, air conditioning system, a minibar (decent prices), electric plug & light by the bed, TV, kettle - everything was functional - nothing to complain - Decent Wi-Fi within the room - I do appreciated the blackout curtain in my room - Initially, more money was taken from my bank account than the booking.com mentioned, but I discussed to the hotel owner, he understood the situation and he returned the difference in cash immediately - Cleaning is done daily, but I refused and displayed that red sign outside the door - Breakfast is repetitive and consist of supermarket products, but it was acceptable overall: sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, boiled eggs, poached eggs, fried sliced sausage, French fries, olives, halva, watermelon, candies, bread, instant coffee (in Turkey?), tea (not Turkish tea), three types of highly chemical "juices". I drunk the plain water instead those juices. As well, there were 3-4 prepacked sort of food (maybe butter, jam, honney?), but I didn't try them - The staff is very kind, although only two employees speak English - There is an elevator in service

- There is no mosquito net in my room - The real room dimension is 2.2 x 2.5 meters and the bathroom is 1.5 x 1.2 meters. - The toilet door cannot be opened completely since it hits the toilet bowl. That toilet door must be removed because the room is designated for one people. - The door of my room leads to a shared balcony, which smells of food in the mornings because of the kitchen located at basement. So the balcony door cannot be kept open all the time - There are no chairs or tables on that shared balcony. By a 300 euro smart investment that sad terrace shared by 3 small rooms would became an attraction and a value added asset of hotel (3 plastic chairs, 3 plastic tables, some green artificial leaves on the walls, some led lights on walls....)

I had the Single room which covers in a decent way the basic needs - small room, comfy bed (pillow could have been better), small private bathroom, mini bar with good items / good prices. TV and good wi-fi in my room (for turist needs). Breakfast was good. Overall, I paid for 5 nights here as I would have paid for 1 night at a 5 stars hotel, so there's not much to complain. I had a great solo experience in Izmir! The city is veeery beautiful and I felt very safe!!

I was expecting to have a balcony with city view, but it was just a "terrace" with a big wall in front, nothing to see. Still, I liked the fact I could take some fresh air out of the tiny room. But, there is a roof top terrase (work in progress) from where I could enjoy the city view by night! (photo attached)

Wonderful location and incredibly friendly staff. Everyone was very accomodating and the value for the money was good. Public transit is nearby (bus/subway/ferry), and the large city market is easily reachable by foot. The hotel breakfast is also good - nothing fancy, but everything is there and plenty of it!

The room was very hot when I arrived and it took awhile to figure out the air conditioner, but it worked great once I figured out the vent and the controls. Also, the single room is very very small. This was ok for me, but was a bit of a surprise and may not be ok for some.

It was a great location and overall a nice hotel. The key phrase is that it has very good value for the price you pay. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The room was good with good air-condition.

It is more of a personal taste, that's why I didn't put 10 stars and i gave 9. I believe that the room inside needs renovation not because the furniture are not in good condition but because the design of the room and the balcony seem to me a little bit old- fashioned

The Hotel was centrally located. The Location was walking distance to attractions and shoping. The Breakfast was very good,quality and varied. Good for full price performance accommodation. The room was cosy,clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. Relevant, helpful and friendly staff

I think,it is located in a scary street at night, there are strange people in the street where the hotel is located at night, it maybe feels dangerous to roam at night. The internet connection quality was a bit poor The air conditioner works very noisy, this made me feel uncomfortable, I reported this problem to the receptionist. The receptionist said that the mechanic will come tomorrow morning. There is a parking problem.You have to wake up early and leave to pull the car in front of the hotel.Otherwise, the shop owners around the hotel get angry.Therefore my wonderfull breakfast was interrupted.

Good location, the sites are within walking distance (if you like walking) and the airport shuttle stop is only 9 minutes away. Staff is friendly. There is a 24/7 reception. The rooms are nice and spacious, but it is an older hotel. Air conditioner worked perfectly.

It is not your typical touristy location. There are locals everywhere trying to sell stuff to each other and leave a bit of litter after themselves. I did not mind and it did not feel unsafe.

Spacious, modern, great facilities and delicious and various breakfast, helpful and very kind staff. Location was top! Close to all the facilities.

Size of the bathroom, insulation from the corridor could be improved.

Designate a taxi from Hotel and charged me each time 15 and 30 tL more. The mterereding was showing another few, especially the young guy who brought me to the airport and charged me more than twice. I didn't like it.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staffs were helpful. The hotel is located in the centre of Izmir with an access to Metro station, which made commuting around the city quite easy.
