Amazing, friendly and helpful staff :) Good location, walkable distance to tourist spots, right by a bus stop that goes directly to the bus station Amazing breakfast! Very delicious :)

Good location for all modes of public transport, has a very quaint feel and a bar within it, piano is on 1 st floor to play, less than 5mins from Basmane, it was clean no frills, friendly staff, good WiFi connection, pretty decent shower

Sink was in the main bedroom not the bathroom so pick your room carefully, lack of hanging space as only 2 hangers provided and it didn’t accommodate for long dresses, in the shower no ledge to put your shampoo or bits on, no lift in property and circle stairs. If your room is opposite the landing then you will hear people coming and going.

It was all good. From the pictures we knew it would be a small room. Staff is friendly and breakfast in AMAZING. Air conditioner works perfectly, the location is very accessible to the Baazar and other areas. By far the best option we had around Izmir with fair price

WiFi is a little poor, seems to work in the lobby and they could do some repairs around the room. Starting by cleaning it properly, it’s quite dusty but I guess that’s the cleaning standards in Turkey :’( I’m another hotel it was also the same issue. We had to be fixing our flush after every use. That would be all, we were pretty happy with the hospitality

Our stay at Piano Hotel exceeded expectations! The property had parking available, which was very convenient. The owner and staff were exceptionally kind and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Although we had requested a room on a lower floor, the hotel was quite busy during our stay, so they couldn't accommodate that request. The staff helped us with the luggage so it wasn’t a major issue, but it's worth noting that there is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have mobility concerns. Overall, the warm hospitality and the comfortable atmosphere made up for the minor inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming stay in Izmir!

Location is very good, nearby station is Basmane, from which you can go to Adnan Menderes airport, Ephes, Pamukkale and so on, Kultur Park is also very close, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff is very helpful and smiley. Breakfast is good, but was the same during all staying time. Room was cleaned everyday. 88 bar next to the hotel was very good, where we had our breakfast and watched football and grabbed a bear at night.

We stayed at 3rd floor, there was no elevator, if you are with luggage it will be bit difficult to climb. Room is tiny. There was no toothpaste in the room. Main drawback ( but it is only in room with separate beds N305 ) is sink was not in the bathroom, it was outside, near the beds), please see photos It was very noisy outside and rooms are not soundproof

All staff are really nice especially the housekeepers. The breakfast is amazing, plenty of choice and lovely atmosphere. The rooms, ok a little small but perfect if you want somewhere comfortable after a long day. Tea and coffee in rooms with a small fridge and a safe. One of the nicest boutique hotels in this area. 10 minute walk to the waterfront, 5 minutes to the kulturpark. Plenty of places to eat and have coffee. The restaurant connected to the hotel (88 keys) is beautiful,calm and great coffee. There is also a really nice communal space on the 2nd floor. WiFi is strong even on the top floor.You really feel at home here, we didn't want to leave.

The hotel doesn't have a lift so if you don't like lots of stairs request a room on the 1st or 2nd floor. We are a young(ISH) couple so this wasn't a problem for us

Breakfast was good. If you are traveling with a car you have a free parking in front of the hotel. The room was really nice and clean. Even you are in the center of Izmir, the hotel is well soundproof

Friendliest hospitality I have witnessed in any of my travels, great cafe-bar, abundant breakfast, central location. Reason to keep coming back to the city in itself! Lots of clean towels every day, great to have the safe in the room too.

Sink could be cleaned more thoroughly, also basic rooms are really tiny, bathroom is quite big but separate which is a bit inconvenient. But these are really minor disadvantages, compared to the amazing value for money and the unique personal relationship you can develop with the people running the place or working there.

Very friendly, great cozy hotel! The r was more than enough and clean. Administrators were warm and friendly, allowed us to take our dog to the breakfast. Breakfast had everything not to stay hungry and perfect location - 15 minutes till sea bu walk. We stayed with dog so the most important thing to us was pet friendly and clean hotel and we found it! Next time definitely Piano. Thank you!
