I stayed at Pagos palas hotel 7 days on my own. I travelled to Izmir to have a surgery. When I came back to the hotel after the operation I was in a terrible state and the hotel staff helped me so much. They bring me food every day, bought me water, yoghurt everything I needed. They were so kind! I couldn't have found a better hotel. They took care of me like my mum will do! I am so grateful to them for the week I had there. The hotel is super clean, the furniture are new and the wifi works perfectly. The location is great too, close to everything. Walking distance to every spot in Izmir. On my last day there, suddenly, phone charger stopped working and they find straight away a compatible charger for my phone. They saved my life! I will definitely come back there! Thank.you so much!

A real gem hidden in the narrow cobblestones of the most authentic area of Izmir. Small tea shops, bakeries, groceries and traditional pastry shops are just around the corner. 10 minutes walk to the touristic "planet" with big "bazaars" and another 10 to the seafront. Among all these old houses the hotel is unexpectedly fully renovated. Multicultural atmosphere, very helpful and polite staff, spotless room. If you have a car they arrange the parking nearby. We didn't try the food but the menu sounds interesting. It is highly recommended.

If you feel insecure about driving in narrow streets (if you have a car) or unsafe walking around in an unprivileged area of the city despite the polite manner of the locals, this place doesn't suit you.

The hotel also offers breakfast on-site, which is a fantastic option, especially for those planning busy days exploring the city. The rooms are very spacious, well-equipped, and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. They also include basic amenities that make the stay even more comfortable. One of the biggest highlights is the location. The hotel is situated very close to the market, which is great for those who love experiencing local culture and fresh products. The building has been beautifully renovated and decorated. Everything is new and well planned. The beds are comfortable, sheets and towels are clean. Air-conditioning and wifi work well. Shower is great with a shower stall and hot water.

The neighbourhood is not unsafe as others have commented. But the neighbouring streets have local markets and there is a lot of garbage on the streets. The people are likely more poor, but they are not at all dangerous. We walked back to the hotel after dark and it is safe, it just doesn't feel nice because of all of the litter.

The hotel was charming and the staff, while not fluent in English, did their best to help us with all our needs. The room was small, but had everything that we needed. We asked for an early breakfast on two mornings, and they gladly arranged it for us. Overall, it was a simple hotel, but for the price, an outstanding value.

The surrounding neighborhood was a little shabby, but overall the location was central, and the building itself was very nice, so it was fine. The calls to prayer were very loud, but we got used to it.

Friendly people. The place seems quite newly renovated. It is in an old area with lots of small hotels, this one is probably more modern that most. In most ways it was comfortable but there were a couple of issues.

The first room they gave me had problems, especially with the bathroom. After the first night they moved me to a better, upgraded room so they dealt with the problems correctly. There is no elevator so you will have to climb up to three flights of stairs.

I stayed at St945 Palas Otel recently and had a generally good experience. One of the highlights was the parking options – there’s a separate, secure parking lot monitored 24/7, which gave me peace of mind. It's about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, but there’s also the convenience of being able to park directly in front of the hotel in their on-site area. The staff were okay and responsive – for instance, the fridge in the room wasn’t working initially, but they came and fixed it promptly, which I appreciated.

On the downside, the lighting in the room was quite dim. I had to rely on the small bedside lamps just to have enough light in the evening, which wasn’t ideal.

We stayed at st945 hotel for 3 nights and we really liked our stay. First of all, there is always someone at the front desk in case you need something or have questions about the area. The room was clean and had all the amenities listed in the description. The bed was also good which is rare to find. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and didn’t have any problems. The location is also close to things and the metro/train/bus station. It’s also located very close to the local outdoor market which for us wasn’t a problem. Thank you very much for the hospitality!

Maybe a hook for a towel in the bathroom would be a good addition to the room.

I had a very good experience during my stay at this hotel. Everything went smoothly and I didn’t encounter any problems at all. One thing that really stood out was the excellent service from the receptionist. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. It was clear that they were dedicated to providing great service. Another big plus is that the reception is open 24 hours, which gave me peace of mind knowing that assistance was always available if needed. Overall, I had a pleasant and hassle-free stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good service and convenience.

Property staff were kind and helpfull, specially thanks to owner of the property he helped me a lot things that i faced.

Only thing is the location where was not feeling safe. But people are kind there and i would not recommend only women can stay in that location, but overally it is good for friends.
