Neat and pleasantly arranged hotel in an excellent location. Hygiene at the level, friendly staff ready for any kind of help.

The only complaint is the poor breakfast, which is very strange in a country known for its rich breakfast. A small selection of food that is not replenished.

Great location opposite the main train and metro station, walking distance to many attractions. There are several 24 hour restaurants downstairs and next door so regardless of your schedule good food isn't far away. Staff are really helpful and pleasant. It's a lovely view of the city if you're on a high floor (up to 7). Very clean with gorgeous lounge downstairs.

As it's so central there is traffic noise, so if you're a light sleeper pack ear plugs. If you're in any central hotel then you will have the same issue as İzmir is a busy city. The breakfast is good, not the best I've had in Türkiye but I ate well each morning. The onsite restaurant is not open in the evening but there are restaurants so close this is no problem.

Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is good for Basmane station, Izban and the bus company office. There are restaurants around that keep open until late.

I think if you are not in the room the sockets don't work, which means refrigerator doesn't work in the meantime. I didn't have wardrobe in the room, well there was one in the bathroom which don't seem to best place to keep your clothes. Breakfast can be improved, and they could serve some proper coffee not Nescafé.

The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Location is super amazing, you can go to all the sides in walking distance. Main square 15 min walk far only. Food is amazing at topkapi restaurant which works with hotel.

It was quite loud from outside during the night can hear all the cars and beeping. Second day of my arrival all hotel was under reconstructions, so wasn't so pleasant and one day I had a cold water shower only. Hair dryer didn't work well. Breakfast was not good, they prepare it in advance one small plate and gives loads of bread but it looks like bread leftovers from last night everyday, so no fresh at all.

The location is where one can ideally be based if he/she is looking for accessibility to everything about Izmir. It is at the starting point of the busy high streets of Konak going to Kemeralti bazaar then Konak square to clock tower to Kordon to anywhere else in and around Izmir. Everything’s within walking distance. and the hotel itself, so decent, everything is functional with perfect facilities and wow the balcony, I can stay in the balcony all day and night and mesmerise at the wonderful views you can witness from the balcony, it’s spacious with very comfortable wooden coffee table and chairs. Not so far beyond our balcony is a majestic view of mountain and valley hills where old houses spread across. The bed is more than comfortable, the room is very clean and properly made up everyday, the staff are very helpful and are always available when you need them. To be honest, this is one of the best hotels in Izmir, trust me!

The internet has weak signal, you cannot rely on it so we bought our own data from Turkcell across the road.

- Staff was great, very helpful and always available - Location was great, right in front of Basmane station. Close to Kemeraltı on foot and to a lot of restaurants. - The room was very spacious, fully equipped, cleaning was available every day even though we only stayed two nights. - You get a nice view from the breakfast terrace.

Breakfast was nice but could have used a little bit more variety (cake, fruit) The only actual issue was the noise from the cars in the street at night - but you just need a pair of earphones.

I mostly booked this hotel because of the balcony seating area. And although we spent most of our time in Alsancak, we enjoyed the walk from the hotel. The Izmir Kulture Park is minutes away.

Breakfast was pretty basic. Traffic was extremely noisy especially in the morning. The room looked a bit tired in places.

Each time we visit Izmir we always get more attracted with this beautiful city and the friendly people. This hotel is located very close to the center and of course to the market place including the big bazzar. The staff is great and always helpful. The breakfast though should be more delicated and with little more variety of food except eggs and bread... Also the room we ve been accomodated was full of space and facilities. Also the view from the balcony was nice, but furniture and some of the facilities are needing immediate restoration!!!

Wi-fi would be better on high floors. Poor variety of breakfast. Restoration of furniture and facilities of the hotel!
