1. Rooms were a bit dated. 2. It was cool inside the room during winter, but not a significant issue for me. 3. Parking access is restricted: entry is only possible before 7:30 AM and after 5:00 PM.

I was using the single room. It even had single bathroom inside. They had everything. AC was good, hair drier, soap, even the ventilator in the bathroom was working well. The people at the counter were so kind, he even knows how to speak English (only a little bit), but there was no problem in communicating. It was the best hotel with 2 stars I have ever been. Appart of the great location, the nice breakfast and the spacious room, the best was the care and service from Mr Orhan and Mr Bukur, amazing hosts, they allowed me to do early check in, and assisted me on everything I needed, also they showed me very nice places where I had traditional food Thank you for your help , I will definitely go back and stay at your place, Regards!

Great location for those who want to visit the famous places in Izmir. 5 min walk to the famous Agora, 20 min to the bay and 10 min to the kulturpark.

Breakfast menue are very delicious and nutritious, as a budget hotel their room materials are adequate. And the front desk persons are in good manner and cooperative.

The staff was very friendly with me and help me for the informations about Izmir city and his beaches! The room is ok, breakfast buffet was very good, position called KONAK is a little far from the sea side city but it's safe and good position too for shopping bars and restaurants!
