With incredible scenery and delightful breakfast, the restaurant personnel, along with the concierge squad, demonstrate exceptional amiability. While we encountered a minor concern regarding an unpleasant smoke odor in the hallway, we promptly notified the front desk. To our astonishment, they swiftly upgraded our accommodations to a family suite and an additional spacious room, without any additional cost. Their swift responsiveness was truly commendable and very fast. Additionally, we took pleasure in complimentary rides on BMW bicycles and the fully stocked minibar, all of which contributed to the creation of wonderful memories during my stay at this hotel. I'm certainly planning to revisit Key Hotel when travel back to Izmir.

The receptionist failed to extend a welcoming gesture to my wife. Furthermore, she omitted any explanation regarding the hotel's amenities, leading us to make multiple calls to the reception in an attempt to comprehend the established guidelines.

It's a really comfortable hotel. The room was lovely and the bed spacious and very comfortable Great breakfast Staff were attentive and helpful - a special mention to the concierge on duty on our departure - without his help, we would not have been able to get our transfer to the airport Excellent location with views out to the sea and close to the Bazaar. Excellent WiFi High quality toiletries and a free in room minibar topped up daily.

Our visit coincided with celebrations in Izmir, so it was a bit noisy late at night.

Location was excellent. So many food places nearby. Konak square is a short walk away. The stuff here are so supportive and friendly and always happy to help with anything. This made a huge difference in my stay. We had dinner twice on the restaurant on site and the food was delicious. I also ordered room service on some nights when I couldn’t be bothered to go out and again the food portion sizes were large and tasty. The beds are also very comfortable and overall I had a pleasant stay here.

The only thing missing from this place is a spa for the price you pay you would expect some sort of leisure activities to be available but sadly there isn’t. Marriot hotel is nearby and I used their facilities for spa and it was amazing.

The location is superb. A 2 minute walk to Konak pier, the Kordon for bars, restaurants and coffee shops and just over the bridge to the Kemeralti. It is also easy to drive to the shopping centres: Optimum, Agora etc. Great location for the tram and walk to the Kultur Park. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough. The bedrooms are quirky (stayed twice) with great complimentary products: Molten Brown and non alcoholic mini bar with chocolate too. The breakfast is delicious with copious amounts to choose from.. The staff are attentive and the standard of English impressive! The interior is absolutely gorgeous. I do give a lot of five stars on my reviews but I would give this hotel a lot more. I seriously recommend it if you are staying in Izmir. I love this place!

Friendly and helpful staff.

We had amazing time and everything was great however I don't recommend the hotel to seniors or people with impaired vision. The finishing materials like black stone, glass and mirrors make difficulties in vision and sometimes confusion and lost. The lighting inside the rooms was not enough, and so it was not much helpful with black stones. We were in a family suite and so two rooms had no view. The blinds had to be closed all the time as the windows open to central autrium however one room had amazing view to the sea. The breakfast was nice and it would be great if there were more seasonal local fresh fruits and authentic Turkish foods, dairies and produces.

This property is more than five star: - Their bed is wow their toiletries are top quality it seems that the owner is very high class person and ethical by offering top quality service and product to his guest - The location is in the middle of everywhere - i stayed in room 209 it was brilliant full view on the sea higher category room with free mini bar. very smart system. - they take care of every small details - first day small mistake happens that did not even bother us but they gifted us a free lunch. thank you - special thanks to Ozgan from reception for his extra care in answering my question and helping me in my upcoming booking. Marve for re-scheduling our upcoming booking. Hemet was very helpful from all aspects. Arif very helpful brought back my glasses that i forgot in the hotel and they called the driver. the lady of cleaning the room very caring she gave chocolate to my daughter. their staff they go extra miles to make your stay wonderful. thanks all wonderful people :-)

The old building of the Central Bank of Turkey, which received a design award in 1950, has been transformed into a luxurious accommodation experience directly facing the renovated pier designed by the famous Gustavo Eiffel and only a few meters away from the waters of the Gulf of Izmir. I was born and raised in this city, never did I feel so engaged in the history of it while sipping my drink. Overall a great stay with attentive staff, easy on the eye design and a lot of comfort.

Great location close to the pier and many restaurants. the clock tower is less than a 10min walk. The bed was comfy and the windows operate electrically. the bathroom has many extras like toothbrushes and shaving kits. the breakfast was a buffet on Sunday but on Monday, it was served on our table with so many choices of cheese, olives, cold cuts, bakery, plus you can order extras like eggs or french toast.
